Research On Eco-recycling Agriculture Model And Security Mechanism Based On The Perspective Of Participating Subjects

Developing eco-recycling agriculture is the strategic choice for China's agricultural sustainable development,which has gained wide social consensus.After years of development,certain achievements have been made.However,its actual promotion efforts and development effects are not satisfactory.This paper believes that the important reason for this situation is that the scientific problem of the internal mechanism of eco-recycling agriculture development is not clear enough.One phenomenon reflected in the practice level is the lack of efficient mode of stable operation to promote the development of eco-recycling agriculture.This paper starts from the new perspective of participating subjects and studies the eco-recycling agriculture model and its security mechanism.The research content of this paper mainly includes three aspects: firstly,to explore the development model of eco-recycling agriculture with efficient operation;secondly,to analyze the interest linkage mechanism and dynamic mechanism of the operation of the guarantee model;and thirdly,to analyze the participation mechanism of farmers in the operation of the guarantee model.The main conclusions of this study include the following aspects.Firstly,based on the new perspective of participating subjects,this paper proposed that agricultural enterprises were the core force for the development of eco-recycling agriculture,and three eco-recycling agricultural models of internal self-circulation,inter-enterprise chain circulation and regional greater circulation were constructed.The regional greater circulation was an advanced form of the model.The process of reaching the regional circulation through the internal self-circulation,inter-enterprise chain circulation actually was to drive the farmers to join the process of eco-recycling agriculture.The actual case was used to analyze the benefits of each model,which show that the eco-recycling agriculture model with enterprise as the core power could bring significant economic,social and ecological benefit.Secondly,the interest linkage mechanism and the dynamic mechanism were the fundamental guarantees for the smooth operation of the model.Using cost-benefit and game theory analyzed the model's interest linkage mechanism.Whether the internal self-circulation could be realized,it depended on the comparison of the cost between cycle and non-circulation.The steady existence condition of inter-enterprise chain circulation model was the game process between independent enterprises and the government.The regional greater circulation model conformed to the basic conditions of the inter-enterprise chain circulation and innernal self-circulation.Meanwhile,it would obtain more benefits because of scale economy,scope economy,net economy and industry diffusion effect.The paper proposed a dynamic mechanism system consisting of four elements: power source,power main body,driving mechanism and mode of action,and constructed an eco-recycling agricultural dynamic analysis model.This model provided a theoretical basis for the formulation of relevant refined policies.Thirdly,the effective participation mechanism of the basic subject was the basic guarantee for the operation of the model.Based on the actual survey data,this study analyzed the willingness,behaviors and influencing factors of ordinary farmers participating in eco-circulating agriculture.The structural equation model was used to empirically study the farmers' willingness to develop eco-recycling agriculture.The results show that farmers' perceptual technology ease of use had a significant positive impact on the perceived usefulness and farmers' participation in eco-recycling agriculture willingness.Farmers' perception of the usefulness of eco-recycling agriculture had a weak influence on farmers' willingness to develop eco-recycling agriculture.The social impact had a positive impact on farmers' perceived use of eco-recycling agricultural technology,and on the willingness to participate through perceived use.Policy orientation had a significant positive impact on perceived ease of use and social impact.Policy influenced the willingness to participate through the mediating role of perceived ease of use.Using binary logistic-ISM model to explore the influencing factors and hierarchical structure of farmers' organic fertilizer application behavior,the results show that the difficulty of applying organic fertilizer technology and the difficulty of obtaining organic fertilizer were direct factors in the surface.The age of the farmer,the education level,whether to participate in the fertilization technology training,and whether there was a biogas tank at home were intermediate indirect factors.It's the deep root cause if there was a agricultural technician in the local area.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper put forward corresponding policy recommendations: accelerate the cultivation,development and growth of various agricultural enterprises,give play to the demonstration role of agricultural enterprises;effectively identify the dynamic elements,give full play to the role of various power sources,form a synergy to promote the operation of the eco-recycling agricultural system;take effective measures to guide farmers to actively participate in the practice of eco-recycling agriculture.The innovations of this paper have three points: Firstly,this paper has constructed three models of eco-recycling agriculture with agricultural enterprises as the core strength based on the new perspective of participating subjects.Secondly,the dynamic mechanism analysis model of eco-recycling agriculture model is constructed,which provides a new theoretical analysis framework for studying the dynamic mechanism of eco-recycling agriculture.Thirdly,based on the actual survey data of Luohe City,Henan Province,the paper analyzes the ordinary farmers' willingness to participate in eco-recycling agriculture,organic fertilizer application behavior and influencing factors.The research results can provide a basic reference for the promotion and popularization of the model.
