Perilla is an annual herb of Labiatae family.It is a commonly used medicinal and edible plant.Volatile oil is considered to be the main active ingredient of Perilla leaves,which has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic functions.Piglet early weaning syndrome(PEWS)is a collective term for a series of symptoms such as growth retardation and diarrhea in weaning piglets caused by food changes and other factors.This study focused on the application field,developed the adsorbent powder of perilla leaf oil infusion(PLOI)and investigated its preventive effect on PEWS induced by feed soybean antigen,and providing guidance for the development and application of thit type of perilla leaf preparation.In order to facilitate the test data collection,the IoT test cage was used as the experimental equipment.which was developed by using the system integration of the IoT technology.It is divided into two kinds of test cages:"weighing foot type"(A)and"active bottom plate type"(B),all of which have the function of telemetering the weight of weaned piglets.It is not only to provide experimental cages for the experiments,but also to explore the application of IoT technology in animal experiments.In the study of PLOI preparation,fresh or semi-dried perilla leaves were soaked with vegetable oil,and the PLOI adsorption powder preparation was prepared by carrier adsorption after wet grinding and pulverization.The dispersibility,agglomeration and crushing difficulty were evaluated comprehensively.The results showed that fresh perilla leaves soaked with soybean oil at 3:1 and added 6%emulsifier,then mixed with expanded corn at 4:6 adsorption was the optimum formulation.In the dose screening test in piglets,the preparations were added as 0,1%,and 3%of the diet as treatment factors.The high,medium,and low ratios of soybean meal and the piglet nests were used as the other two factors.The experiment was arranged according to L9(34).The results showed that ADG was significantly improved by adding 1%or 3%PLOI adsorption powder.The addition of 3%PLOI adsorbed powder significantly reduced the diarrhea index(P<0.05)and significantly increased blood SOD(P<0.05).The CAT difference between the 3%and 1%added groups was significant.The 1%added group GSH-PX was significantly higher than the control,and the 3%added group AST value was significantly higher than the 1%group and the control group.High soybean meal antigen has significant adverse effects on ADG and diarrhea index,and has significant effects on many indicators such as blood SOD/CAT/MPO.There were significant differences in ADG and many blood indicators between different litters.High soybean meal aggravates the symptoms of PEWS,and the addition of PLOI can significantly improve PEWS.In the experiment,the IoT test cage obtained partial weight curve and integrated temperature and humidity detection function to link the heating equipment.In a further mechanistic study,18 piglets were divided into control group(CN),high soybean meal group(HS)and high soybean meal plus PLOI group(PL).The diarrhea rate in the HS group was significantly higher than that in the CN group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the PL group and the CN group,indicating that the addition of perilla leaves could alleviate the diarrhea caused by soybean antigen.On the 7th day,the nuclear neutrophils of the HS component were significantly lower than the CN group.On the 3rd,5th,and 7th day,the MPO level in the HS group was significantly higher than that in the CN group and the PL group.On the 3rd and 5th day,the alAT in the HS group was higher than that in the CN group and the PL group(P<0.05).The above HS group has an inflammatory reaction,and the addition of PLOI has protective effect.On the 5th and 7th day,the SOD level of the PL group was significantly higher than that of the CN group and the HS group(P<0.05),which was consistent with the previous test results.It shows that PLOI can increase blood SOD activity.There were no significant differences in E.coli,lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria in the intestinal tract of the three groups of piglets,and Salmonella was not detected.In the ileum,the addition of PL reduced the submucosal edema and mucosal congestion,and the index of enteritis was significantly different from that of the HS score was not significantly different from the HS group.It indicates that the addition of perilla leaves plays a protective role in the ileum.Th1 cells mediate cellular immunity and inflammation by producing inflammatory cytokines.On the 7th day,the Thl cells in the PL group were higher than the CN group and the HS group,indicating that the PL group may prevent the invasion of pathogenic bacteria and produce an inflammatory reaction through the production of Thl cells,thereby protecting.In the final pig farm promotion trial,the addition of PLOI improved the ADG.In this trial,the application of the B regimen test cage stabilized the operation to obtain more accurate and detailed weaned piglet weight data.The remote weighing IoT test cage has the application value for popularization and application.PLOI adsorption powder can improve the PEWS symptoms caused by soybean meal antigen and can be applied to production practice.
