Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by fungi.Just like aflatoxins, fumonisinBl contaminted food poses a hazard to human health.Mycotoxins exposure results in human toxicosis and diseases, and even death. There was a strong positive relationship between fumonisinB1 contamination food and high incidence of human esophageal cancer. It is also reported that fumonisinB1 as the key factor caused neural tube defects in children. Therefore, management the fumonisin producing Fusarium spp.in nature and decrease the fumonisinB1 become public concern which needs urgent solution. We isolated a bacterial strain which has the capacity to degrade fumonisinB1,and based on the 16S rDNA sequence, morphological and partial physiological characteristics. Finally, the strain was confirmed as Serratia marcescens. Our results demonstrated that S.marcescens has the capacity to inhibite the conidia germination, mycelia growth and the mycotoxin production of the Fusarium species by inhibiting the genes transcription and expression.By PCR,we obtained the ChiA and ChiB in the S.marcescens strain.Based on the genome sequence,we found the genes related to Carboxyleasterase and Aminotransferase expression.S.marcescens inhibit the main genes which related to the fumonisinB1 synthesis transcription by RNA sequence.
