| The shortages of land and food are two basic problems of China’s agriculture,they have decisive impact on our national economy and social development.Land is the material basis of the survival and development of human society.Cultivated land,the essence of the land,is fundamental platform that can ensure the regional food security.Accodring to the requirements of the Land resources management and the development of agricultural production,agricultural land classification compare and analyse the productive capacity of agricultural land in accordance with the natural and socio-economic attributes of agricultural land to get quantitative evaluation.The achievements of agricultural land classification have been applied to the agricultural land productive capacity calculation.Agricultural land comprehensive productive capacity calculation was established as a directly guarantees for national food security system and the social economic sustainable development.At the same time,it also was the dominant basis of the national land resources management and adjustment in micro scale,the overall planning of land use formulation,cultivated land balance of occupied and supplied,land development and consolidation,and occupied and supplied system reform of Land expropriation.On the basis of intruducing agricultural land classification theoretical basis,operational process and several dominant indicators in details,the author respectively calculate the agricultural land productive capacity on different levels including theoretical productive capacity,achievable productive capacity,and actual productive capacity of the agricultural land by the support of the achievements of agricultural land classification.This calculation can demonstrates the agricultural land productive capacity variance caused by the diffrences of natural quality situation and utilization level.And then we can get the dynamics changes of regional productive capacity,calculate the regional agricultural land’s total productive capacity,and discover the spatial distributional features,which come from the contrastive nalysis amony the regional agricultural land comprehensive productivity.Further more,by contrasting the productive capacity sSpatial differencesspatial diversities,the utilization intensity and use potential of agricultural land,we could exactly evaluate the utilization intensity and use potential of Hubei’ s agricultural land sSpatial differencesspatial diversities.As a result,we could promote cultivated land protective policys on agricultural land productive capacity accounting basing the actual measurement results on the studied region.1.On the basis of researches at home and abroad,agricultural land productive capacity accounting theoretical and methodical system will be established.Then this dissertation will devolop the functional relationships between the agricultural land natural grade index and theoretical capacity,use index and achievable productive capacity basing the achievements of the agricultural land classification.These functional relationships can ensure us accurate accounting productive capacity on different levels of regional agricultural land.2.Basing on agricultural land classification and 858 theoretical standard samples of grain yield per unit area,the theoretical capacity accounting model of agricultural land for Hubei’s second level ecological zones was created.After analyzing,correlation coefficient is more than 0.8 and reach a high level.By calculation,the highest ecological zone of theoretical standard grain yield is the River plain reahing1313.73 kg/acre.Hilly mountain area of Western Hubei and E Yuwan hilly area followed,respectively 1208.94kg/acre and 1185.63kg/acre.Qingling-Bashan mountains area and Chuan’e xiangqian low mountain area rank the least ones,respectively 1003.2 kg/acre and 887.64kg/acre.But judging from the theoretical capacity of agricultural land,the River plain area has 67.96%of the total capacity,E Yuwan hilly area has 16.77%,Chuan’e xiangqian low mountain area and Qingling-Bashan mountains area has 5.65%and 6.72%respectively,Hilly mountain area of Western Hubei has only 2.89%for the less agricultural land area.3.Basing on agricultural land classification and 5597 theoretical standard samples of grain yield per unit area,the achievable capacity accounting model of agricultural land for Hubei’s second level ecological zones was created.After analyzing,correlation coefficient is more than 0.8 and reach a high level.By calculation,the highest ecological zone of achievable standard grain yield is the River plain reahing1237.15 kg/acre.E Yuwan hilly area and Hilly mountain area of Western Hubei followed,respectively 1128.36kg/acre and 1128.36kg/acre.Qingling-Bashan mountains area and Chuan’e xiangqian low mountain area rank the least ones,respectively 897.53 kg/acre and 897.53kg/acre.From the total achievable capacity of the second level zones,it mainly rely on the River plain and E Yuwan hilly area.These areas take respectively 69.29%and 16.47%achievable capacity to total capacity in Hubei province.4.Using amended statistical data,we get the actual yield and achievable capacity in Hubei Province.Judging from the results,the actual productive capacity of agricultural land in the plain along the Yangtze River share 67.49%of total actual capacity.Though the geomorphological type of E Yuwan hilly mountain area mianly is hills downland,the fertile soil and Sufficient sunshine enable its actual capacity to reach 17.41%.As Qingling-Bashan mountains area and Chuan’e xiangqian low mountain area are mainly distribute in the mountain areas,their poor quality agricultural land only get 853.14 kg/acre and 742.35kg/acre standard yield of grain per unit.While these areas have much more jurisdictional counties which help agricultural land actual capacity also reach about 6.46%.The agricultural land quality of western Hubei Hilly and mountain areas rank an intermediate level,its standard yield of grain per unit is 855.82 kg/acre.But since only four jurisdictional counties,the agricultural land actual capacity only get 2.54%.5.The Spatial autocorrelation of Hubei’s agricultural land productive capacity per unit shows that agricultural land productive capacity is not random spatial distribution but present space spatial agglomeration of similar value.At the same time,it also under the influence of farmers ’ personal management behavior.The order of Moran’s index is theoretical yield,achievable yield,actual yield,the spatial aggregation levels of these three productive capacity levels is decrease in order.The Partial autocorrelation LSIA index of Hubei shows that different levels of agricultural land productive capacity per unit has demonstrated more obvious spatial distribution pattern.The basic pattern is that the higher productive capacity areas at all levels are concentrated in the Jianghan plain,the lowers distribute in western and southeastern hilly and mountain areas of Hubei Province.6.Through shortest distance clustering,agricultural land theoretical use intensity is divided into three levels in Hubei province that is the intensity less than 0.85,0.85-0.9,0.9-1.0.The achievable capacity and theoretical capacity of most regions in Hubei province makes little difference.The theoretical available use intensity concentrated in the 0.9-1.0.The excessive use phenomenon remind us of protecting the cultivated land.However,the theoretical available using intensities of the western hilly and mountain areas,the Chuan’e xiangqian low mountain area and the plain along the Yangtze River are so small that there has a large production potential can be improved.Achievable using intensity of agricultural land in Hubei Province is mainly concentrated in the 0.9-1.0.Overall,we have make full use of the food production capacity of cultivated land in Hubei Province,but there is a certain distance from the achievable capacity.The farmers’ individual management behavior should be given more strengthened technical guide in the future.Moreover,increasing the scientific and technological content in the Crop cultivation process to increase the food production. |
