| Shaped charge is a relatively mature technology for anti-solid targets.According to penetrator effort,shaped charge generally have jet(Shaped Charge Jet,SCJ),rod shaped jet(Jetting Projectile Charge,JPC)and EFP(Explosive Form Projectile,EFP).Shaped charge technology has been developing for decades,and many researchers have done a lot of research both at home and abroad.However,the control mechanism of detonation evolution in the structure of shaped charge structure has not been solved,which restricts the development of new shaped charge technology.Therefore,it becomes the key problem to be solved urgently in the current work.There are two reasons for placing wave-shaper in the shaped charge structure:one of that,in order to improve the compactness of the charging structure,parts of the sensitive device are coated on the inside with the embedding warhead,such as terminal sensitive missile warhead;another,in order to obtain higher initial velocity and better penetration,the wave-shaper is actively placed in the warhead to adjust the detonation wave shape so as to match the structure of the liner,such as K charge or jet charge.Shaped charge with wave-shaper is studied in this paper.By theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the propagation and interaction of detonation wave are studied,and the rules of the evolution of detonation wave and the variation of the parameters of the detonation field are obtained.The numerical simulation calculation of the matching relationship between the structure of wave-shaper and the liner of the SCJ,JPC and EFP charge is carried out,and the corresponding experimental verification is carried out.Finally,the high quality penetrator is obtained after matching the wave-shaper and the liner.This can provide guidance and reference for the design of warhead with wave-shaper charge.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)By using the Whitham method and the three point theory,the velocity,density and pressure of detonation products are obtained when the regular reflection or Mach reflection occurs after the interaction of detonation waves.The parameters model and the Mach stem height model of Mach reflection are established.The calculated results show that the detonation velocity and detonation pressure are higher than the CJ values after the detonation wave interaction,especially when the Mach reflection occurs,the Mach height will increase with the propagation of detonation wave,and the pressure will decrease and finally reduce to the CJ value.(2)The theoretical calculation of diffraction and propagation of detonation wave with a wave-shaper shaped charge is carried out by using Detonation Shock Dynamic(DSD)and Level Set method(LS).The interaction and propagation process of detonation wave and its final wave shape are obtained.A model for calculating the speed of liner is established after Mach reflection,and the match relationship between the structure of wave-shaper and liner is analyzed.(3)The dynamic finite element software simulate the effect of structure of wave-shaper on detonation wave propagation,the interaction and propagation process of detonation wave,and the forming of the liner with different shaped charge structure with wave-shaper.The calculation results show that the Mach stem height increases continuously after Mach reflection with the propagation of propagation of detonation wave,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical model.The structure of wave-shaper can obviously increase the velocity of SCJ and JPC jet,and improve the long distance combat capability and penetration power of shaped charge.The optimum matching relation of SCJ、JPC and EFP is obtained by orthogonal optimization design.(4)The indentation experiments show that the Mach height increases after Mach reflection with the propagation of detonation wave.X ray experiments show that although the charge quality decreased by 20.6%,the speed of EFP increased by 14.4%and its length diameter ratio increased by 94.2%.Finally,the terminal sensitive charge test results verify that the structure of wave-shaper can not only compensate for the reduction of explosive charge,but also greatly increase the length-diameter ratio of EFP.The research work in this paper has made great progress in the detonation wave propagation and forming liner.In particular,the interaction model of detonation wave and the matching relationship between the structure of wave-shaper and the linear are obtained.The paper lays a foundation for the development and design of new type of shaped charge with wave-shaper. |
