Research On The Construction Of Historical Urban Landscape System In Zhenjiang City

Landscape architecture disciplines gradually expand the scope of study,native landscape,regional landscape.These research directions have become the main direction of landscape architecture disciplines.The urban landscape is part of the land landscape.The construction process of historical city landscape system is influenced by many factors,such as nature,society and history,and reflects the characteristics of regional culture and urban development in some degree.In today’s China,there is phenomenon that a great many cities show similar features and homogeneous landscape.Therefore,a case study of historical urban landscape system and summarization of the experience in the construction of historical city landscape system,in the perspective of landscape architecture,could protect the historical city style,modern city development to bring effective advice and guidance.Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province,is located in the transitional zone of the southern bank of Yangtze River,Ning town hilly and Taihu plain,and exhibits transitional characteristics of its geographical environment and regional culture.At the same time,Zhenjiang is at the intersection of the Grand Canal and the Yangtze River,and is more advanced ideological and cultural areas in the"Ship-for-Horse" Jiangnan area.Under such environment background,the process of urban construction and development in Zhenjiang has its uniqueness and complexity.This article takes Zhenjiang historical city as the main research object,and then studies the construction process and construction characteristics of historical city landscape system in Zhenjiang.The core content in the construction of historical city landscape system in Zhenjiang is divided into three parts:the regional environment of historical city development,the elements of urban landscape system and the urban landscape features of each historical development stage.First of all,based on the regional culture,our study in the development of regional environment in the historical city focuses on Ning Town region,and we study the effect of development process of the city,as well as farmland,water conservancy system on development of Zhenjiang City in the regional scale.Secondly,the composing elements of Zhenjiang’s historical city landscape system are composed of urban overall construction,landscape environment,urban country area,humanistic landscape and landscape implication.Through the study of stratified zoning,the construction process of complex urban landscape system is explained.Finally,the third part is the historical city landscape characteristic and the view corridor construction.The historical city in the construction process is affected by the traditional city plan thought,the traditional philosophy and so on,and maybe produces the concept of the axis and "the hope".The urban axis and the sight corridor directly affect the urban space,which is the most intuitive expression of the urban landscape characteristics.The development of the city is not only the development of the architecture and social culture,but also including the evolution of natural environment.In the history,Zhenjiang City experienced the development process from the iron Bulwark,the Jingkou City to the triple city of Tang,Song Dynasties and Ming Dynasties,which accompanied the changes of the Yangtze River,the canal and the agricultural production environment,and gradually formed the city landscape system of"mountain-water-city-scene" based on the geographical environment.The process of constructing the landscape system of Zhenjiang historical city is also the process of humanity transforming and adapting to the nature and the relationship between urban development and natural environment.This paper studies the construction of historical city landscape system in Zhenjiang from multiple scales,and then integrated the multidisciplinary research methods such as archaeology,historical geography and human settlements science,and analyzed the characteristics of landscape architecture construction in different periods by using archaeological restoration maps,historical maps and mapping maps.We Sum up the experience in the construction of the historical urban landscape system in Zhenjiang City,which includes the integrating of the mountain and city,the multi-domain division of the city,the pulse canals,the combinations of majesty and beauty and the harmonious human environment.The research on the construction of historical city landscape system in the perspective of landscape architecture not only has a guiding effect on the development and construction of nowadays cities,but also a supplement to the research of the historical city.
