Under the support of the national twelfth five-year key projects of China,in this paper,considering the lubricant properties,roller's convexity excursion and bearing lubricant state,the interaction forces among the roller,cage,ring and lubricant were firstly analyzed based on the tribology,lubricant and contact theory.And then,the more actual dynamics simulation model of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing and the fast solving algorithm were presented.Based on the dynamics simulation analysis of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing and the cage dynamic performance experimental machine of aeroengine main-shaft,the semi-physical experimental system of cylindrical roller bearing was built,and then the preliminary exploration about the semi-physical experimental technology was made.The research work and main conclusions were elaborated as following:(1)Considering the impact of lubricant properties,roller's convexity excursion and bearing lubricant state on the dynamic performances,the nonlinear dynamics differential equations of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing were built.And then,the dynamics simulation model of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing was proposed.In order to improve the computing speed of dynamics differential equations,Hilber-Hughes-Taylor(HHT)integer algorithm with variable step in combination with Symmetric Multi-Processing(SMP)parallel computing was presented.(2)The dynamics simulation analysis of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing was conducted.The influence of lubricant traction coefficient on cage's nonlinear dynamic behavior was investigated theoretically,the working conditions for four Chinese aviation lubricating oils and the evaluation criterion for cage's stability were recommended;The impact of roller convexity excursion on roller's dynamic characteristics was investigated theoretically,thereby discussing the influence laws of roller's crowned profile,convexity excursion and bearing working conditions on roller's stress distribution,skewing angle and tilting angle,which were used to assess the anti-load capability and anti-speed capability of four types of crowned rollers with convexity excursion;The dynamic characteristics of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing at start-up and stop stage was analyzed theoretically,thereby discussing the influence laws of working conditions,cage pocket circumferential clearance,cage material and bearing radial clearance on cage stress and safety factor.The above-mentioned researches can be used to improve and amend the dynamics simulation model of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing.(3)On the basis of dynamics simulation analysis of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing,the digitial simulation system was conducted,and the data acquisition system based on xPC Target was built in the MATLAB/Simulink.ADAMS/Controls was used to set up the semi-physical experimental system in conjunction with the control simulation software Matlab/Simulink,which can complete the information exchange between the digitial simulation system of cylindrical roller bearing and the semi-physical experimental machine.According to the study about cage slip ratio and the orbit of cage's mass center,it shows that the technical route of semi-physical experimental technology in this paper is feasible.The relevant research would supply references on how to develop the semi-physical experimental technology for rolling bearing.This paper was focus on the dynamics simulation and semi-physical experiment of cylindrical roller bearing.In theory,the findings of this paper provide the theoretical basis for the selection of different types of aviation lubricating oil,the designing and machining process of roller and the designing of cage in high-speed cylindrical roller bearing,amend the dynamics simulation model of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing and give an efficient numerical algorithm for the fast solving of dynamics problems of rolling bearing.In practical,the findings of semi-physical experiment of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing provide a novel and feasible technical route and accelerate the physical experiment to convert to the semi-physical experiment.
