This paper is derived from the national science and technology major projects "Marine deep water oil and gas field development project" belongs to subject the deep diamond completion engineering technology.Paper in view of the ocean environmental requirements and the process of deepwater drilling,conventional synthetic based drilling fluids in the riser because of the low temperature will show the high viscosity,high gel strength,high swabbing pressure and fluctuation pressure,and under the condition of downhole high temperature viscosity and will greatly reduce,leading to poor hole cleaning effect and settlement of fillers,also due to the schedule of cuttings bed clogging cause lost circulation and fillers,such as a series of problems,to promote the use of foreign constant rheological analysis showed that synthetic based drilling fluid system constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid system not only show the excellent ability of hole cleaning and suspension performance,ECD control ability,more important is the rheological properties of the system is not affected by temperature,can not at the expense of drilling fluid rheological property for the price to solve engineering problems.Paper will focus on constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid mechanism and existing problems of research and discussion,to study the factors influencing the rheological properties of the constant existing synthetic based drilling fluid system,puts forward the measures to improve the synthetic based drilling fluid rheological properties of the constant,with long chain unsaturated fatty acids and active alkene monomer as raw materials research and development of polyamide rheological MOCRA constant agent,through the base fluid,organic soil and fluid loss agent,and optimization of oil-water ratio,the development environmental protection against 200 ? constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid system,in order to solve the deepwater drilling in the process of conventional synthetic based drilling fluid because of its rheological property under the condition of low temperature and high temperature difference caused by large ECD high value,lost circulation and pressure control problems such as difficult.The full text is divided into nine chapters.The first chapter presents the main technical difficulties facing deepwater drilling as well as the situation and development trend of deep water drilling fluid technology at home and abroad,analysis the paper research purpose and meaning,and the constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid status quo at home and abroad were reviewed and research,finally elaborated the paper research content,research target and technical route.The second chapter through to the existing synthetic based drilling fluid system,factors influencing the rheological properties of the constant research including the base fluid,organic soil and fluid loss agent,oil/water ratio,etc.,analyzed the key factors influencing the constant flow,improve the rheological properties of the synthetic based drilling fluids constant measures are put forward.The third chapter research on drilling fluid rheological parameters and the influence law of ECD,constant flow control indexes are put forward.The fourth chapter through constant research abroad rheological agent the molecular structure characteristics and mechanism of MOCRA constant rheological agent is developed,and realize industrial production.Fifth chapter through to the organic soil and fluid loss agent,emulsifier,wetting agent,and the rheological stabilizer added amount and types of filter,constructed the environmental resistance to 200 ? constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid system.Chapter vi system to evaluate the indoor environmental resistance to 200 ? constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid density,different oil/water ratio,different performance under different conditions of temperature and pressure,as well as the ability to inhibit hydrate,reservoir protection and the leak sealing performance.Chapter 7 in target deep well engineering and stratigraphic characteristics was carried out by constant rheological synthetic based drilling design and field application.The eighth chapter summarizes the paper studies the main conclusion and understanding,points out that the deficiencies and the improvement direction in the future.Through the study of the above problems,this paper studies the main conclusions are as follows:(1)based on the existing synthetic based drilling fluid system factors influencing the rheological properties of the constant research,put forward measures for improving synthetic based drilling fluid rheological properties of the constant.By 1)the optimization of low viscosity and viscosity with temperature changes little green synthetic base fluid;2)the oil-water ratio,increase the system in order to obtain better low temperature rheological property;In guarantee barite without sedimentation,as far as possible reduce added amount of organic soil;3)select the asphalt gum fluid loss agent,especially avoid using low softening point of asphalt kind of fluid loss agent;Using constant rheological agent.(2)with long-chain unsaturated fatty acids and active alkene monomer as raw material to develop MOCRA amides constant rheological agent,and complete product testing.MOCRA added to the synthetic based drilling fluid system,which can realize constant rheological properties,realize the localization of rheological stabilizer.(3)through the base fluid,organic soil and fluid loss agent,and optimization of oilwater ratio,have developed resistance to environmental protection constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid system with 200 ? formula,in establishing a suitable for the constant flow of deep water drilling fluid system evaluation method,based on the evaluation of the development of constant flow for the comprehensive performance of synthetic based drilling fluid system,its treatment agent added amount and basic performance abroad FR-SBM.(4)completed the lingshui 22-1 gas field target Wells constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid design and site construction technology,developed a set of suitable for deep water constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluids on-site construction technology and maintenance plan.Through the study of this paper,obtained the following innovative results:(1)constant research and development of the rheological agent MOCRAOn the basis of constant creep implementation mechanism,design the containing amide activated adsorption group(-CONHR)and long carbon chain hydrophobic groups,win min of amphiphilic structure characteristics,molecular structure of polymer,and then developed the drilling fluid rheological stabilizer MOCRA,realize the constant rheology synthetic based drilling fluid of key materials.(2)have developed resistance to 200 ? of HFRS environment-friendly constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid systemWith special oil base for system,and has a low viscosity,good viscosity-temperature characteristics,easily biodegradable,realize the localization of synthetic base fluid.All to domestic building materials of 200 ? constant rheological synthetic based drilling fluid,the treatment of quantity and basic performance,FR-SBM abroad.
