Liquid concentration is an important characteristic parameter for the solution,the level of liquid concentration has a crucial impact on the effective and beneficial use for the solution in its application.There exists an important engineering significance for online,real-time,fast and accurate detection of liquid concentration.The purpose of this paper aims at studying the liquid concentration sensing technology based on SPR enhanced by graphene-based material,and providing a new technology for online,real-time,fast and accurate detection of liquid concentration.The prism type SPR sensing structure with multilayer films based on graphene-based materials is designed in this paper,based on the enhancement characteristics of surface plasmon resonance effect from graphene-based material.For four different medium solutions to be detected,the materials and structure parameters of SPR sensing structure are optimized.The SPR liquid concentration sensing detection method,whose surface plasmon resonance effect is enhanced by use of graphene or graphene oxide and other materials respectively,are proposed.And the liquid concentration SPR sensing characteristics are studied.The SPR sensor relationship model between SPR angle and liquid concentration for the four solutions are respectively established by theoretical research and experimental verification.This provides theoretical preparation for the realization of surface plasmon resonance technology based on graphene-based materials in these four liquid concentration optical sensing detection applications,and provides the dercection for the application of SPR technology based on graphene-based materials in the field of liquid concentration optical sensing devices.The following research work has been mainly done in this paper.The basic characteristics of SPR are discussed,the sensing mechanism of SPR are studied.The excitation mechanism and characteristics of SPR are studied,and the characteristics of enhancing SPR excitation of graphene based materials,two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials and au nanowire arrays structure are studied.The sensing research status of SPR are discussed and the types of SPR sensor are analyzed,from the sensing characteristics of SPR.For glucose concentration sensing detection based on SPR,a SPR glucose concentration sensing structure based on six-layer dielectric layer is designed.The six-layer nano medium layer is compoosed of graphene oxide,Au nanowires arrays and two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials including indium tin oxide and zinc oxide.The sensing characteristics of glucose concentration of glucose solution for the structure are studied.The SPR effect is enhanced by using graphene oxide,Au nanowires arrays and two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials including indium tin oxide and zinc oxide.The relationship between glucose concentration and SPR angle is liner,in the glucose concentration sensing range,0g/L~100g/L.The sensitivity of SPR glucose concentration sensor can reach 0.04o/(g/L)conc..This can realize SPR ethanol concentration sensing detection for glucose solution with glucose concentration,0g/L~100g/L.For sucrose concentration sensing detection based on SPR,a SPR sucrose concentration sensing structure based on five-layer dielectric layer is designed.The five-layer nano medium layer is composed of graphene oxide,Au nanowires arrays and two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials including molybdenum disulfide.The sensing characteristics of e sucrose concentration of sucrose solution for the structure are studied.The SPR effect is enhanced by using graphene oxide,Au nanowires arrays and two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials including molybdenum disulfide.The relationship between sucrose concentration and SPR angle is liner in the sucrose concentration sensing range,0%~70%.The sensitivity of SPR sucrose concentration sensor can reach 0.16o/%conc..This can realize SPR sucrose concentration sensing detection for sucrose solution with sucrose concentration,0%~70%.For sodium chloride concentration sensing detection based on SPR,a SPR sodium chloride concentration sensing structure based on seven-layer dielectric layer is designed.The seven-layer nano medium layer is compoosed of graphene oxide,Au nanowires arrays and two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials including molybdenum disulfide,zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.The sensing characteristics of sodium chloride concentration of medical sodium chloride solution for the structure are studied.The SPR effect is enhanced by using graphene oxide,Au nanowires arrays and two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials including molybdenum disulfide,zinc oxide,titanium dioxide.The relationship between sodium chloride concentration and SPR angle is liner in the sodium chloride concentration sensing range,0g/100 m L~15g/100 mL.The sensitivity of SPR sodium chloride concentration sensor can reach 0.27o/(g/100 m L)conc..This can realize SPR sodium chloride concentration sensing detection for medical sodium chloride solution with sodium chloride concentration,0g/100mL~15g/100 m L.For ethanol concentration sensing detection based on SPR,a SPR ethanol concentration sensing structure based on seven-layer dielectric layer is designed.The seven-layer nano medium layer is composed of graphene oxide,Au nanomaterials and two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials including molybdenum disulfide,zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.The sensing characteristics of ethanol concentration of ethanol solution for the structure are studied.The SPR effect is enhanced by using graphene oxide,Au nanomaterials and two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials including molybdenum disulfide,zinc oxide,titanium dioxide.The relationship between ethanol concentration and SPR angle is quadratic in the ethanol concentration sensing range,0%~80%.The sensitivity of SPR ethanol concentration sensor can reach 0.09o/%conc..This can realize SPR ethanol concentration sensing detection for ethanol solution with ethanol concentration,0%~80%.
