Establishment On Standard System Of The Customized Wooden Household Industry In China

The customized wooden household industry is an industry that provides customers with a range of wooden household products and services such as on site measurement,professional design,manufacturing,logistics,on site installation,acceptance and maintenance.The main products and consumer goods of the customized wooden household industry are as follows:custom-made wardrobes,custom-made kitchen cabinets,wooden doors,wooden floors,wooden wall panels,wooden stairs,wooden ceilings and other major products and consumer goods.The customized wooden household industry has developed rapidly and has become the engine of the transformation and upgrading of China’s wood industry.The “Consumer Goods Standards and Quality Improvement Plan(2016-2020)” issued by the General Office of the State Council clearly requires “the development of a standard system for custom-made consumer goods.” Standardization is the basis and technical support for ensuring the quality of consumer goods and promoting the high-quality development of the consumer goods industry,and plays an important role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.At present,the following problems exist in the customized wooden household: the lack of standard systems;the lack of important industry basics and key technical standards;the current standards are difficult to meet the needs of industrial development.In order to strengthen the standardization work of customized wooden household industry and promote the high-quality development of China’s customized wooden household industry,it is urgent to establish the standard system of China’s customized wooden household industry.By using literature analysis,investigation and research,comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper took the customized wooden household industry as the research object,and established the standard system of China’s customized wooden household industry.The purpose of this study was to construct a framework for China’s customized wooden household industry standard system,prepare a list of standard systems,determine the list of urgently needed common and key technical standards,and propose countermeasures forChina’s customized wooden household industry standardization work.The main conclusions and innovations included the following aspects:(1)Through the research on the basic status of China’s customized wooden household industry,the industry has become the engine of transformation and upgrading of the wood industry.The raw and auxiliary materials basically support the industrial development needs,and the industrial technology innovation is highly active.The industry has four main characteristics as follows: the ever-large industrial scale and high industrial standardization requirements,and the like.The industry has five development trends: development into the adjustment period,green and environmental protection,and so on.(2)With the goal of analyzing the system environment of customized wooden household standard system,this paper studies the standard system status of customized wooden household industry at home and abroad;collects and organizes 372 standards from international organization for stanrardization(ISO)and the developed countries such as Europe,France,Germany,Britain and Japan,and China’s customized wooden household industry standards 303 items.The study found the following aspects: lack of China’s customized wooden household industrial standard system;more single product standards;lack of industrial basic commonality and key technology important standards.Through classification and analysis of domestic and foreign customized wooden household industry standard system components,it is found that ISO and some developed countries pay attention to the customization of the wooden household industry green development,intelligent manufacturing,industrial service standards,it is worthwhile to build China’s customized wooden household industry standard system for reference.(3)Based on the standard system engineering theory and the standard system construction method,combined with the development of China’s customized wooden household industry,and drawing on foreign advanced standards,this paper build a customized wooden household industry system in China,which aims to lay the foundation for customized wooden household industry standardization work.The architecture can be divided into six sub-systems: “basic and integrated,measurement and design,manufacturing,logistics and transportation,installationand acceptance,maintenance”.The standard system table consists of 393 customized wooden household industry standards,including 143 standards of basic and comprehensive,9 standards of measurement and design,193 standards of manufacturing,6 standards of logistics and transportation,25 standards of installation and acceptance,and 17 standards of maintenance.This study proposes 46 common and key technical standards that urgently needed to be developed in the development of customized wooden household industry.(4)In view of the key areas and main problems faced by China’s customized wooden household industry standardization work,five standard development proposals such as government-led and market autonomy were combined to improve the customized wooden household industry standard system.
