| With the development of supramolecular chemistry,self-assembly of block copolymers attracts scientists’ attention and develops fast.According to past study,how to control and obtain delicate assemblies is one of the hot topics in this field.Since 2014,Liu’s group proposed Frame Guided Assembly(FGA)strategy which makes it possible to precisely control assembly’s size and shape.However,due to the inducing of frame,the current theoretical model can not explain and predict the FGA’s behavior and influence perfectly.In this paper,we have systematically studied the process and influence factors of FGA,and made a new model of assembly process of FGA,which divide FGA system into three parts: frame,leading hydrophobic groups(LHGs),and amphiphilic molecules.Through controlling variable,we can study the influences and interactions between each other.Firstly,we have studied the interaction between LHGs and amphiphilic molecules.We find the structure and rigidity of LHGs is one of the most important factor to guide the assembly;also,only when the concentration of LHGs is enough,the assembly process can start;we change different density and concentration to study how these factors influence the process of FGA and concluded the rule of amphiphilic molecules assembly process,which provide theoretical basis for FGA design in the future.Next,by controlling the intruduction of amphiphilic molecules,we study the influence of frame and LHGs.We study the stability of frame with existence of different kind of LHGs,and find that with the increasing of hydrophobic force of LHGs,the shape of origami can be accurately tuned with LHGs anchored at certain position in a certain density,which enable origami achieve different shape in different conditions.Accordingly,we understand how to design the frame and know how LHGs influence the frame,giving the rational suggestion in designing frame.Finally,we use different frame to guide amphiphilic molecule assemble according to FGA strategy to study the stability of different frame in the assembly process.We anchor LHGs and add amphiphilic molecules,and observe the structure and yield of assemblies to compare how the stability of frame influence the process.Through this,we find that the more stable the frame is,the easier the assembly will form.In these processes,we also notice the assemble process will have huge influence on producing the final assemblies.By which,we know the whole assembly formation process and how to design FGA system in the future.We systematically analysed the mechanism and influence factors of frame guided assembly and build up the theoretical model of this system.Even more,we broaden the frame guided assembly behavior of this system and give out the way and method for design frame guided assembly in the future. |
