| Crop straw(wheat straw,rice straw)were combined with the biomass material with glue after bleaching,dyeing,weaving technology to research and development veneer material with decorative performance in this topic.The best bleaching,dyeing and finishing process parameters were discussed for surface decoration performance optimization of biomass composite sheet.The research results can be used for rational development and effective use of biomass resources to meet the national economic construction and people’s living standards.Furthermore,it can improve the high demand of biomass materials continuously,and it can promote environmental protection and creating economic benefits.The main results are summarized as follows:(1)Six bleaching agent formulation were used for bleaching tests of straw(wheat straw,rice straw).Surface color was measured using a portable spectrophotometer NF333 with CIE1976 L*a*b*color system and calculate chromaticity indicators,and discussed the principle of bleach with optimized bleach.The outer surface of bleached straw(wheat straw,rice straw)was observed and analyzed using SEM,EDS,FTIR,and NaHSO3 was determined as the ideal bleaching of the main agent.(2)Factors selected were discussed for orthogonal experiments,and SPSS 13.0 software was used to deal with data using analysis of variance and range analysis of the test results of significant factors.The results showed the optimal process parameters of NaHSO3 main bleaching agent were:wheat straw,the concentration of 3%,temperature 40℃,frequency 45KHz,time of 60min;rice straw,the concentration of 1%,temperature 40℃,frequency 28KHz,time of 40min.(3)Verification experiments for the optimization of the bleaching process and straw(wheat straw,rice straw),bleached straw(wheat straw,rice straw)for 168h light experiment were done with the results showed that light performance of the tested materials rice straw,rice straw bleaching test materials are better than wheat straw test materials,test materials of bleaching wheat straw.UV radiation has little effect on surface brightness of color indexes of W value of straw(wheat straw,rice straw).(4)Dyeing exploratory experiments of straw(wheat straw,rice straw)by different pretreatment methods were done with direct dyes,reactive dyes,basic dyes at low temperature under the conditions of ultrasound-assisted impregnation.Comparative analysis of dye uptake rate according to color indexes,effects of different pretreatment methods on dyeing and dyeing principle of selection were discussed.The outer surface of dyed straw(wheat straw,rice straw)with SEM,EDS,FTIR,and the ideal dyes of straw(wheat straw,rice straw)was preferably in a low temperature condition with the best pretreatment technology of wheat straw is 1%NaOH,temperature 50℃,frequency 45KHz,time of 60min;rice straw,3%NaHSO3,temperature 40℃,frequency 28KHz,time of 40min.(5)Orthogonal test was conducted with the chromatic index and the dyeing rate of the assessment criteria to determine the reactive red dye on the optimal conditions for wheat straw is concentration of 0.4%,temperature of 45℃,frequency of 28 KHz and time 20min;The best process for dyeing rice straw is concentration of 0.3%,temperature of 35℃,frequency of 45 KHz and time 40min.The best process of wheat straw yellow staining activity is concentration of 0.3%,temperature of 45℃,frequency of 28 KHz and time 80min;The best process for dyeing rice straw is concentration of 0.3%,temperature of 45℃,frequency of 100 KHz and time of 80min.The best technology for dyeing wheat straw by reactive brilliant blue is concentration of 0.4%,temperature of 45℃,frequency of 45 KHz and time 40min;The optimum conditions for dyeing rice straw is concentration of 0.3%,temperature of 35℃,frequency of 45 KHz and time 40min.(6)Validation experiments of optimization of the dyeing process and 168h light experiment for different staining of straw(wheat straw,rice straw)were conducted.The results show that the different dyeing straw showed different test materials discoloration variation;the light performance of stained straw test material is better than wheat straw test materials;the blue,yellow index b*values of the stained test material showed an upward trend during radiation,analysis of straw component,extracts and dyes under the effect of light reaction to a chemical or physical changes results in wood color change,and it is possibly caused by UV-induced with further study of this content.(7)Finishing study on veneer material was conducted with the FRW in flame retardant research group of my school using the rice straw particle board as the substrate.The best finishing process for wheat straw veneer material is cold stress 24Kpa,resin content 350g/m2 and cold time of 12h;the best finishing process for rice straw veneer material is old stress 24Kpa,resin content 300g/m2 and cold time of 12h.(8)Surface mechanical properties of straw board made by straw(wheat straw,rice straw)veneer materials in the optimum conditions was tested.Experimental results show that the physical sheet mechanical properties of six straw materials are all exceeded the national standard. |
