The passing of the gold-like coal decade and the proposing of the side-structural reform of the country's supply suggest that many problems covered by high-speed expansion have become increasingly prominent, and coal-mine safety production is facing unprecedented new difficulties. In some coal enterprises, the safety management mode which is characterized by mandatory constraints and economic penalties has caused severe psychological pressure on the first-line workers of the coal mines, leading to some employees' slack work, abnormal separation and e ven retaliatory damage. Most of researches on the state of coal-mine psychological system mainly focus on the microstate of individuals, based on partial angle and static state, ignores the pertinence of individual-state information composition, the complexity of environment composition and the social interaction attributes of individuals, and it is difficult, from the perspective of “individual-group-whole interaction” to grasp the essence of the problems of individual psychological state, environmental cognition and relationship deterioration under the constraints of certain safety objectives in coal mining enterprises. The research on the state of coal-mine psychological system needs to pay attention to the mechanism of the “safety psychology-environmental cognition-communication relationship” and promote the coordinated intervention between them to realize the continuous optimization of the coal-mine safety psychological system. From the perspective of systematology, the thesis analyzes the concept of coal-mine safety psychological ecosystem by referring to ecological theory, and defines two core elements, namely state and relationship.Firstly, the concept of individual “state” health is put forward, which is divided into three dimensions: universality, occupationality and safety-targeted directivity, and the evaluation criteria of individual "state" health are established on the basis of measured data.Secondly, through the literature review, the author of the thesis classifies coal-mine safety psychological environment into three dimensions, including physical environment and humanistic environment cognition and the compensatory cognition for safety realization by the reference of topological psychology.Thirdly, the relationship is classified as “individual-individual” difference relationship and “individual-environment” coordination relationship, introducing group concept and group interaction survey, and the evaluation method of individual differences within and between groups is put forward, and the “individual and environment” coordination relationship is included in the group evaluation structure, and the evaluation criteria of group “state” health are established. Then, the evaluation framework for the “state” and the “potential” of coal-mine safety psychology is put forward, and the convergence of existing state and system evolution is evaluated. Finally, the thesis sets up a dynamic model under the mutual imitation of the individuals within groups and an individual limited interaction model under the restriction of group, and simulates corresponding experiments, based on which the intervention measures to optimize the coal-mine safety psychological ecology are put forward. The main research contents and innovative work are summarized as follows:(1)Detailed study on the individual "state " health and the group "state " health in the concept of coal-mine safety psychological ecology. The psychological ecology in coal-mine safety can be defined as the psychological state of an individual as well as the close relationship between this state, other individual's states and the environment under framework of coal-mine safety concept. And the state elements are divided into two levels: individual and group, while the relationship elements are divided into two types, namely the relationship between individual states and the relationship between individual and environmental cognition. The individual states are measured in three dimensions, namely, general psychological health damage,occupational-guided mental health damage and occupational safety-goal orientation and rational cognition. On the basis of data measurement, the symptom detection criteria are defined, and the severity and breadth of damage is graded according to the results of symptom detection, and the state evaluation criteria of three dimensions are unified, and the concept of individual “state” health is put forward.Through the literature research, the environmental cognitive dimension of coal-mine safety is divided into physical environment and humanistic environment cognition and the compensatory cognition for safety realization, and comprehensive evaluation is carried out on the non-excellent state of environmental cognition. In addition, the difference of individual “state” health and the relationship between individual and environmental are introduced into the evaluation mechanism, and the concept of group “state” health is put forward.(2)Study on the evaluation of the “state – potential” in coal-mine safety psychology.Through the quantification of the concept of individual "state " health and group “state” health, health grade evaluation is conducted, and Boolean vector is constructed to carry out mathematical logic operation, and e ventually the “state” of the psychological ecology in coal-mine safety is comprehensively evaluated. The divergence of the “potential” of the psychological ecology in coal-mine safety is evaluated through the distance between the components of the Boolean vector, and it is found that the “state – potential” of coal-mine safety psychology is highly synchronistic in different departments of the same coal mine.(3)Study on informal group division and inter-group interaction mechanism in coal mine departments. The t-test results of group data sho w that there is a significant difference between group information in different coal-mine departments.Informal groups are divided by means of interpersonal communication data and it is found that individual “state” health information presents significant differences in group size and cohesion variables.(4)Study on the relationship between information of individual “state” health characteristics and environmental cognition and on the influence of population characteristic variables.Through correlation analysis,it is found that there is significant correlation between the physical-environment cognitive information and the NH1,NH2 and NH3 in the information NH of individual “state” health characteristics, between the humanistic environment cognitive information and the NH1,NH2,NH3 and NH4 in the information NH of individual “state” health characteristics, and between the compensatory cognition for safety realization and the NH1,NH2,NH3,NH4 and NH5 in the information NH of individual “state” health characteristics. There is a correlation between the humanistic environment cognitive information, the compensatory cognitive information for safety realization and all the dimensions of the information WH of individual “state” health characteristics, and the information OSC of individual “state” health characteristics(except for OSC3).The dimensions of individual “state” health characteristics information show significant differences in the education, income and family relationship.(5)Study on the “group”-interacted evolution model and simulation of the psychological ecology in coal-mine safety. The thesis establishes a model of the relationship between the individual "state " health characteristics and the environmental factors as well as the group factors, and discusses the variations in the characteristics of different factors. In order to discuss the overall change in the symptom test, the model of individuals' imitation is established, and it is found that when the measured value of the individual environment 0)0) is less than the threshold 0)0)0,the individual will e volved into the asymptomatic state, and the changes of the symptom test are determined by the initial distribution of environmental situations and the changes of the utility functions. In order to discuss the interaction between information of individual “state” health characteristics within groups and the evolution of the psychological state of coal-mine safety after it,a limited interactive evolution model under group constraints is set up.Limited-interaction is conducted under the constraints of "groups",and group cohesion, group integration and simulated experiments under environmental interaction situation are strengthened, and it is found that, with good characteristic information state, the effect of the individuals' continuously intervening into the limited interaction model is better than that of creating more individual links within the groups. When there are fewer differences between individual information and group information among groups, the effects of their Parameter selection are significantly greater than that of the groups among which there are more differences between individual information and group information.thus finally strategic thoughts on the construction of the psychological ecology in coal-mine safety are proposed on the basis of model discussion and the results of simulated experiments.
