With the expansion of the modernized mine production,downhole belt transport has become an important approach of mine main transportation system.However,belt transport has used flame retardant technology,but the mine belt fire has often occurred.Because of the main transport roadway usually arranged in the air intake tunnel,once came out a fire,a large number of toxic and harmful gases and smoke will be directly into the mining and tunneling work place,it is easy to lead the secondary disasters.So,the study of fire diagnosis and control about the main transportation system is very important for controlling the spread of the disaster,improving the anti disaster ability of mine,and ensuring the safety of mine production.In this paper,through literature review,theoretical analysis and field research,describing the fire disaster characteristics and the mine disaster causing mechanism of the main transport system,at the same time explicit the mine airflow control technology when occurred disasters,and puts forward the corresponding basic control wind method;based on the characteristics of the mine belt fire,through the rough set theory and support vector machine algorithm,using their best advantages,put forward a method of continuous discretization algorithm,making comparative analysis of three prediction algorithm,RBF-NN,SVM,RS-SVM,it is concluded that the RS-SVM algorithm in less samples have higher prediction accuracy,so used the RS-SVM algorithm on fire disaster diagnosis of the main transport system in this paper;in the fire disaster control system design of the mine main transport system,based on the characteristic of main transport system,identified the data acquisition module and the minimum system of main control module,etc,based on the network calculating result of position machine,on the basis of disaster mechanism,combined with the controlling command of monitoring parameters send to the various damper,achieving the goal of remote,intelligent disaster prevention and rescue.At the same time,control system is used in self repair technology,experimental device can be controlled by industrial experiment or to set up the airflow control of tunnel fire,simulation the process of the fire prediction control system disaster diagnosis and the automatic control of the disaster,feedback correction by real-time measurement data,combined with the optimization algorithm and network solution procedure of fire diagnosis technology realizing optimal control of wind road.The research results in this paper have been successfully applied in Nanyang coal mine,simulated on the main shaft system,the 4 coal mine system and two disaster area and made industrial tests,the results shows that:having reached the purpose of main transport system fire accurate prediction,timely prevention and control,combining with the theory of mine ventilation network,achieved the optimal control of the disaster air,and enhance the ability of anti disaster in coal mine.
