The Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In The Perspective Of Synergetic Development

The construction of ecological civilization(CEC)is a comprehensive system engineering,related to the sustainable development of the well-off society and the nation’s future.Synergetic development is the inevitable trend of all system development to a greater effects,also the potential implication of the CEC.The theory of the CEC is the innovation and development of Marx’s that based on the prac tice of Chinese characteristics.Therefore,the theoretical basis should be the ecological thought of the classical author of Marxism,and the theory of ecological civilization construction of Chinese characteristics.The logical framework is in three dimensions,coordinated development of the CEC,such as development of synergy between ecological civilization and other social subsystems,within the ecological civilization system itself,across difference ecological civilization region.“Trinity”,in short.Synergetic development of ecological civilization and the civilizations is a major issue in China.The CPC`s eighteenth national congress report proposed the ecological civilization to a prominent position,joined the economic,political,cultural and social construction.Also,ecological civilization plays an important part in the overall arrangement for socialism with Chinese characteristics.Collaborative development to some point means the former integrated into the latter.The collaborative development of economic and ecological civilization is the main ecologicalition of ecological dynamics and organizational structure,leading the gr een transformation of economic development.The ecologicalition is the first of collaborative development of political and ecological civilization construction.The rule of law is the main political construction,ecological civilization into the political construction mainly means the constructed ecological law system.Democracy is the future of social development,ecological democracy should go beyond the traditional concept of democracy highlighting the superiority of socialism.The cultural and ecological civilization coordinated development contains the ecological awareness,ecological knowledge and ecological thinking.Ecological awareness is direction of the cultural and ecological civilization development coordinated.The spreading of knowledge is the key to the CEC.Established ecological thinking is the ultimate goal of building an ecological civilization into the culture.The ecological population production is the estination of the social and ecological civilization coordinated development E-NGO.The construction of ecological projects primarily promotes the coordinated development.CEC is the composition of the environmental resources,values and institutional system.The internal collaborative development is the joint of ecological civilization.The comprehensive institutional system of ecological civilization drives the internal collaborative development,which concludes comprehensive content,the unity substantive and procedural,the type of integrated system.Comprehensive breakthroughs are the natural resource assets,the red line delineated ecological protection,the implementation of repaid use of resources,ecological compensation system,the reform of ecological environment protection and management system.Ecological public property determines the integrity of CEC in geography,which requires the coordinated development of different regions.Based on the game analysis of inter-regional body of CEC and development of the existing regional organization,the reform of inter-regional construction and building soft law Mixed legal system can reach the coordinated development of different regions.The research depends on a three-dimensional framework,as development of synergy between ecological civilization and other social subsystems,within the ecological civilization system itself,across difference ecological civilization region.The research methods include classical mathematical statistics,game theory model analysis and spatial statistical analysis,which is the Marxist research methods.The realization of the path of eco-socialist construction is the main part.CEC will be a system of resource environment,values and institutional system.Besides,there is a strategic arrangements for the internal synergetic development and some specific points,such as the ecology of the Constitution,the eco-party’s leadership,the ecological law system,three levels of cultural construction,ecological population production,integrated institutional system of ecological civilization construction,other soft methods of treatment.
