Design And Application Of Rural Settlement Scenes Database System In The Severe Cold Region Of Northeast China

The rural settlement scene is formed by the combination of natural environment,climatic conditions,history and culture,and economic development.It is a comprehensive expression of the rural settlements' characteristics.In the process of rapid urbanization,the rural living environment is constantly improving,and the scenes of the rural settlements are gradually changing.The problems of the similarity between urban and rural areas,and rural settlement scenes lacking characteristics have increasingly become prominent.With the proposal and implementation of beautiful countryside construction and rural revitalization strategy,the state attaches great importance to the construction of rural human settlements,and is also very concerned about the protection and inheritance of rural history and culture.The rural settlement scene has become an important topic for the future development of rural construction.The severe cold region in Northeast China is the main grain producing area of the country.The agricultural areas are vast and the villages are numerous.The rural environment construction is relatively slow and lagging,but the problems of blind construction,style destruction and lack of features are also prominent.It has the special significance of carrying out the study of rural settlement scenes.Taking the research topic of green villages and towns of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” as an opportunity,this study starts with the weakening of villages' features in the severe cold region of Northeast China.Based on the fuzziness and uncertainty of the rural settlement scenes information,this paper proposes a research method combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The rural settlement scenes database system is established through the ideas of “information collection-data composition-system construction-functional application”,provides technical support for the rural settlement scenes information management,feature identification,planning and design.“Information collection”-Analysis of the actual situation and characteristics of the rural settlement scenes in the severe cold region of Northeast China.Through the collection of natural,humanistic and artificial features of typical villages,this paper obtains comprehensive,complete and diverse information and analyzes the causes of the rural settlement scenes.“Data composition”-Establishment of the rural settlement scenes information system and basic database.Based on the survey results and the basic characteristics of the villages in the northeast China,the integration,identification and coding schemes are proposed,and based on this,the basic database of rural settlement scenes and its internal data organization plan is constructed“System construction”-Establishment of the database system and standard database of the rural settlement scenes.By analyzing the relationship between the rural settlement scenes system and the application of the database system,and taking village characteristics as the starting point,this paper proposes a method for refining the information elements of rural settlement scenes in the severe cold region of Northeast China,and determines the data organization and main functional components of the database system.Furthermore,a quantitative indicator system for the rural settlement scenes is established and the standard guidance value of the indicators is determined.The standard database is constructed through the extraction and calculation of the basic rural settlement scenes information,“Functional application”-Analysis of the characteristics,identification,planning improvement strategy of the rural settlement scenes in the severe cold region of Northeast China.Based on the TOPSIS method,the comprehensive evaluation of 28 villages in the severe cold region is realized.The natural,humanistic and artificial features of the village are interpreted,and the improvement strategies are proposed.Through the application research of rural landscape planning,village public space design,architectural design and management,the application mode and function expansion of the database system are expounded and discussed.This paper constructs a rural settlement scenes database system based on the needs of village construction in the severe cold region of Northeast China.The quantitative processing of the rural settlement scenes information is realized,and the data system expansion and function application in the database system under different planning and research requirements are discussed.It has laid a scientific foundation for the upcoming national spatial planning of counties,cities and provinces,and provided professional and technical support for the planning and construction of the rural settlement scenes in the severe cold region of Northeast China.
