This thesis reports the development of the miniaturized portable atomic gravimeter and its three-dimensional active vibration isolation system,including parameters cali-bration and measurement results.The third generation miniaturized portable atomic gravimeter USTC-AG11&12 is reported in detail,besides,the process of reduce the size of the vacuum system,laser system,magnetic system,time sequence and control system,electronic system from the testing atomic gravimeter on the large size optical table are also reported,some of them already have designed and manufactured independently.The development,performance of vibration suppression and performance after ap-plied to the portable atomic gravimeter of the mobile three-dimensional active vibration isolator are reported in detail in this thesis.Our active vibration isolator place the eight voice coil motors symmetrically in the passive vibration isolator to provide the feedback forces in all three dimension,which can prevent the flip of the platform and suppressed the crosstalk from horizontal to vertical direction,it can effectively improve the stability and capacity of resisting disturbance of the system.In the feedback algorithm which we developed,the combination of two feedback signals are applied in the vertical feed-back loop,One is a normal high-pass filter that suppresses vibration noises in a wide frequency range,The other is a band-pass filter that further suppresses the noise from 0.1 Hz to 10Hz,which affect our atomic gravimeter the most.Some part of the horizon-tal signals is also added to the vertical feedback loop for prevent the coupling between the horizontal and vertical direction.This setup can suppress the vibration noise in vertical direction by a factor of up to 103,it can effectively reduce the influence of vi-bration noise to the sensitivity of the atomic gravimeter,the atomic gravimeter has a good performance even in a urban noisy environment.This thesis also introduces the subsystems of compact portable atomic gravimeter,especially the time sequence and data acquisition and storage system.We establish a time sequence and data acquisition system based on the FPGA and CompactRIO system,it realizes long time measurement of the g and real-time supervise and control of the vibration noise.it ensures operating the atomic gravimeter reliably and stably for a long times.The process of g measurement is also introduced,Our atomic gravimeter with active vibration isolator experiences a 1300-km transportation from the laboratory in Shanghai to National Institute of Metrology of China in Beijing and successfully ac-complish a comparison mission.The portable atomic gravimeter is mobile enough to be deployed and perform gravity measurements in the field with handle by only one or two people.The sensitivity of atomic gravimeter in the comparison is 35?Gal/(?).We also operates it in a noisy urban environment for a long time,the sensitivity is 65?Gal/(?),1.1 ?.Gal is reached within an integration time of 4000 s.
