Diagonalization of Hamiltonian assuming effective inter-nucleon interaction in a truncated shell model configuration space is one of the prevalent methods to study the structure of atomic nuclei nowadays. The spectroscopic factor of a certain shell in shell model indicates the average nucleon occupancy of that shell in a nucleus. The reaction cross section?CS?of direct single nucleon knockout contains spectroscopic information, thus has been used to extract spectroscopic factors. The ratio of the experimental spectroscopic factor to the theoretical one is defined as the reduction factor of the spectroscopic factor??,which exhibits dependence on nucleon separation energy.approximates to 1 for loosely-bound nucleon knockout?such as loosely-bound valance nucleon knockout from halo nuclei?,and ranges from0.60.7 for nucleon-knockout from stable nuclei, and can be as low as 0.25 for deeply-bound nuclei(e.g.valance proton knockout from 14O).The eikonal theory for reaction mechanism is based on the high-energy approximation of the incident nuclei, while currently experiment data on high-energy?>150MeV/u?knockout of deeply bound nucleon is scarce.Corresponding data at high energies would be of significant meaning in clarifying the reasons for the reduction of spectroscopic factors.Single proton knockout from 16C is deeply-bound nucleon knockout.Currently there are experiment data at 75MeV/u and 400MeV/u.According to the current state of the External Target Facility?ETF?of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou?HIRFL?–Cooler Storage Ring?CSR?,we devised the single proton knockout from16C at 240MeV/u to investigate the energy-dependence of.The dissertation firstly describes the research background ofdependence on nucleon separation energy, followed by a brief introduction to shell model and eikonal theory. Then it describes the experiment scheme and the detectors, the electronics and the data acquisition system, together with the structure and usage of the data analysis framework. Finally the article details the data analysis process and results of the experiment carried out in July,2018.The CS of 12C(16C,15B)X obtained in this experiment is 15.9?2.1?mb.Combined with experimental CSs at 75 and 400MeV/u,we didn't find evidence for dependence of spectroscopic factor reduction on reaction energy.
