Continuous cropping obstacle has hindered seriously the sustainable development of cucumber and strawberry industry.Previously research suggested that soil amendment could promote cucumber,apricot and strawberry growing.Due to the beginning of the storage environment,the outside biological will enter,soil amendment was consisted of amino acid,protein and sugar and provided conditions for microbial growth.To this end,we have reason to speculate soil amendment microbial agent may also play a role in repair soil,on the basis of proposed future research was conducted on the basis of this assumption:(1)effect of amino acid from soil amendment on strawberry growth;(2)the study of microbial diversity during different soil amendment storage time;(3)separation and identification of different periods soil amendment nutrient dominant bacteria,and the dominant bacteria on growth of cucumber,in order to promote the industrial production of soil amendment and provide a theoretical basis for the control of continuous obstacle.The results were as follows:(1)Strawberry root activity and SOD were increased,content of MDA was reduced,soil urease,invertase and alkaline phosphate activity were increased after amino acid added to continous strawberry,and accelerated the transformation of nutrients in the soil,and promoted the growth of strawberny,and alleviated the strawberry continuous cropping obstacle.(2)There were significant differences for community structure of bacteria under different storage time of soil amendment,with the highest bacteria diversity for storage soil amendment two-three weeks.Combined with principal component analysis and cluster analysis found that,bacteria community changed significantly after soil amendment storage six weeks,the abundance of Clostridium,Enterococcus,Alcaligenes,Pseudomonas,Lactobacillus and Lactobacillus.casei,Lactobacillus.gasseri and Lactobacillus.lactis became the dominant bacteria,present in all samples.They were reduced or became predominant bacteria in soil amendment after storage two weeks.(3)Cucumber root length was increased and number of root knot was decreased after soil amendment in different storage time,content of sugar and protein was 2.34-11.17 g/L and 0.13-1.27 g/L were the best for cucumber growth.(4)Dominant bacteria and various treatments significantly increased cucumber leaf area,total weight,root length,root weight,soil organic matter,total N,available P,the activity of soil urease,sucrase and alkaline phosphatase,reducing the number of root knot,effectively improved aboveground growth traits andi underground traits and soil properties;total abundance of soil nematodes,proportion of bacteria-feeding nematodes,Shannon index,maturity index and enrichment index were increased,then promoted the transformation of soil nutrients,which benefits the nutrient absorption of plants.In summary,amino acid and environmental microbes nutrition getting from soil amendment could effectively promot plant growth of continuous cropping cucumber and strawberry.Because they improved the soil enzyme and chemical characters in continuous cropping soil,even reduced the loss of root knot nematode and makes a virtuous cycle for continuous cropping soil.Thus,this study explores and supplies a new perspective to figure out the continuous cropping obstacle of cucumber and strawberry.
