A Research On Chinese Auto Parts Industry Upgrading Based On Industry Convergence

China has been the top of the world automobile production and sales for consecutive years,but the development of China's Automobile Parts Industry(Hereinafter called CAPI)lagged far behind the growth of the entire vehicle,there are large gaps between CAPI and developed countries' Automobile Parts Industry,which constrained China's change from a big country to a powerful country in automobile industry.Against this background,to systematically research and implement the upgrading ideas on CAPI,build the upgrading system of CAPI based on industry convergence,improve upgrading safeguard measures of CAPI has significance both in theory and practice.This paper carries on theoretical research by integrated deductive method as well as empirical research by questionnaire method,field research method,soft systems methodology,comprehensive evaluation method and so on.Chapter 2 combed relative concepts,summarized such basic theories as industry structure upgrading theory,industrial fusion theory,explored the theoretical mechanism of industry convergence and the interaction mechanism that industry convergence promotes industrial upgrading.Based on analyzing the development environment and history of CAPI,Chapter 3 examined operation situation,value chain and the relationship between whole vehicle enterprise and component enterprise of CAPI in terms of industrial scale,research and development,patent application,industrial chain status,industry convergence,and so on,thus summing up the major problems of the development of CAPI at present.Chapter 4,together with the analysis of integration function that industry convergence plays in its upgrading,studied the industry convergence-based dynamic factors of CAPI upgrading from the following perspectives: convergence of technical innovation and consumer demand,environmental policies,and so on.Along with analyzing upgrading path and patterns of CAPI,Chapter 5,from perspective of industry convergence,proposed CAPI upgrading path that integrates with information industry and energy-saving,environmental protection industry as well as that promote the prolongation of industrial chain.In addition,Chapter 5 established strategic system of CAPI upgrading in terms of upgrading strategy of organizational structure and research and development,extension strategy of industrial value chain,industrial cluster strategy as well as brand strategy.Chapter 6,combining quantitative Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)with qualitative Soft Systems Methodology(SSM),the author established an evaluation framework and an evaluation indicator system for CAPI upgrading,thus making a positive evaluation on CAPI by adopting a comprehensive evaluation method.Chapter 7 constructed a logical model of guarantee mechanism for CAPI upgrading including external guarantee mechanism,internal guarantee mechanism and other mechanisms,thus proposing countermeasures and suggestion for CAPI upgrading.In order to realize CAPI upgrading,corresponding measures should be taken to optimize the environment for industrial technique innovation,relations of integrated industry cluster,relationship between industrial internal structure and external structure,talent team,perfect fiscal or monetary policy,enhance infrastructure level and play the pushing role of main engine plants.As for industry technological innovation policy,it is necessary to increase investment on research and development,perfect innovative system of generic technology,actively construct an innovative platform of CAPI and promote clustering development;about adjusting the policy of industry structure,it is essential to speed up enterprise ' s merger and reorganization,greatly cultivate leading enterprises in auto parts industry,optimize supply chain structure of auto parts;establish education system for auto professionals,build human resources platform for auto parts industry,increase credit and financial support for auto parts industry.In terms of marketing,collaborative design and development,funds and rewarding and punishment measures,main engine plants should play an important role in promoting the upgrading of parts enterprise.The innovative points of the paper are as follows:(1)The paper analyzes dynamic factors of the upgrading of auto parts enterprises from the perspective of industry convergence,put forward integrated upgrading direction and path of CAPI,thus establishing upgrading strategic system of CAPI.(2)Combining quantitative Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)with qualitative Soft Systems Methodology(SSM),upgrading evaluation framework and evaluation indicator system of CAPI based on industry convergence were established and made a positive evaluation on CAPI.(3)The logical model of guarantee system for CAPI upgrading was constructed and countermeasures for CAPI upgrading were proposed.
