Whether admit or not,e-commerce has been changing or has changed both the living and transaction styles of human beings.As far as 2 decades ago,it was generally believed that e-commerce was no more than a kind of an exotic fashion and not different from a novel technology as well,which was only regarded as a shift of a real store from off-line to on-line.The majority believed that e-commerce was just a brand new conceptual game,and could not be raised up to a great business.However,up to current days,the e-commerce has been overwhelming the traditional real business pattern;definitely there are no people to deny that e-commerce is one of the greatest revolution occurred in the history of economy development ever since the start of humanity.Actually,e-commerce is not only a kind of on line transaction approach,but also an efficient way to distribute resources.Ever since people invented internet and then introduced it into the business activities,the transaction problem,to which Ronald Coase as well as many other economists devote their whole life time,has been almost evolved to a meaningless issue;nevertheless,the consequent problem referred to the veracity of people,has been strongly impeding the progress of e-commerce.Moreover,the traditional e-commerce business model,which was originated from B2 B or B2 C and has been rapidly developing for more than 2 decades,is becoming exhausted;a lot of defects,such as over-homogenization,vicious competing,veracity crisis,etc.,have cornered numerous e-businesses.Therefore,as far as e-commerce business model is taken into consideration,it's compulsory and urgent to dig out the economic mechanism which dominates its transition,as well predict the direction of its changing,by running through the historic venation of its evolvement.It is in this background,through scrutinizing a lot of cases,evidences as well as research literatures,this dissertation has proposed the view of point that e-commerce model is transiting from B2 C to C2 B,and defined the conceptual model of C2 B e-commerce,as well explored the mechanism of its operation.The details are presented as:Firstly,the dissertation has reviewed the general conceptual model of e-commerce as well as its component factors,discussed its connotation and characteristics;meanwhile,concluded its major classifications.From the economic perspective referred to the internet,this dissertation has analyzed the essential attributes of e-commerce,such as externalities,benefit increasing,marginal cost diminishing,etc.Secondly,it has detected and disclosed the business logic referred to C2 B e-commerce business model proceeding with economics models,as well constructed C2 B e-commerce conceptual model starting from three dimensions of aggregate demanded customization,personalized customization and offered customization.Furthermore,starting from the idea of benefit,cost and utility,etc.,it has established related game models involving stakeholders based on the three dimensional C2 B e-commerce model,from which the corresponding conditions of equilibrium have been wrought out.Again,aided by a serious of interviews and questionnaire,the dissertation has conducted a empirical study referred to the consumers' intention of online customizing,as well forecasted the prospect of C2 B market.Moreover,it has applied dynamic evolutionary game approach to discuss the mechanism of veracity under the situation where the three dimensional C2 B model works.Finally,based on four real cases,it has studied the practical application conditions,existing problems and future direction of development for the models of aggregating demanded customization,personalized customization as well as offered customization respectively.This dissertation has put forward three dimensional C2 B e-commerce model,defined its concept,summarized its characteristics,and discussed the conditions and significance of its existence,as well pointed out the direction of its future evolution.This research work is important both in theoretical and practical perspectives,as well provides reference for the forthcoming researches referred to the C2 B or even the holitstic e-business model.
