Research On The Internal Dynamics Of Evolution And Optimization Of Urban Agglomeration’s Spatial Organization Structure

Urban agglomeration spatial organization structure is a spatial phenomenon,a kind of economic phenomenon,and also a complex system.It is good for economic and social to study on urban agglomeration’s spatial organization structure systematically and comprehensively,which can also help to improve the overall competitiveness of urban agglomeration area.The paper has analyzed the theoretical basis,development power and optimization idea of urban agglomeration’s spatial organization,and meanwhile studied the Yangtze River Delta’s spatial organization structure as a case in order to provide reference for urban agglomeration’s development.First of all,the paper defines some conceptions such as “urban agglomeration”,“spatial organization structure” and “optimization of urban agglomeration’s spatial organization structure”.Then the paper combs the basic theories and the optimization theories of urban agglomeration’s spatial organization structure and constructs a framework on theoretical analysis.The basic theories,such as the central place theory,the growth pole theory,the edge development theory and the point-axle development theory,describes the basic laws which helps to research on the urban agglomeration’s spatial organization structure.The optimization theories such as the grid city theory,the system theory,the new area theory and the sustainable development theory,helps to reflect the essence of the spatial structure optimization.On these basis,this paper will research on the optimization of urban agglomeration’s spatial organization structure optimization from the angle of the grid development mode,and analyze its dynamic factors from the viewpoint of system theory.Second,this article discusses development momentum of urban agglomeration’s spatial organization structure from the industrial development,technological progress,and ecological regulation.In the aspect of industry development,this paper analyzes associativity of the industrial development and urban agglomeration spatial organization structure,and discusses the influence of the industry to structure of urban agglomeration spatial organization byindustrial concentration diffusion and the upgrade of industrial structure,And points out that complex function of industrial concentration and industry diffusion driving the evolution of urban spatial structure,the upgrade of industrial structure evoking succession of individual city function in the urban agglomeration,and division of labor and specialization reshaping the spatial pattern of urban agglomeration area.In the aspect of technological progress,this paper analyses the importance of technological progress to promote urban agglomeration spatial structure,and analyzes the impact of technical progress to urban agglomeration spatial organization structure by the knowledge economy and transportation technology,saying that the rise of knowledge economy and development of information industry strengthening the interaction between each node of urban space,and changing the social and economic structure,reshaping the urban agglomeration spatial structure.Transportation technology determines the depth and breadth of urban agglomeration spatial interaction and has far-reaching impact on the optimization of urban agglomeration spatial structure.In the aspect of ecological regulation,this paper analyses the collaborative symbiotic relationship between ecological space organization structure and economy and society urban agglomeration economy and society by counts "decoupling" theory,environment Kuznets curve,"public tragedy" and low-carbon evolution model of urban agglomeration,and this paper points out the urgency that the implementation of urban agglomeration region based on the thought of environmental regulation,and puts forward effective measures should be taken,protecting the stock of limited resources and environmental capacity,optimizing and restructuring urban ecological space structure.The third,this paper analyzes the urban agglomeration spatial structure form trending to multi-center ecological network of "Ecologic+ Economic"(ECO2),and discusses the optimization of urban agglomeration spatial structure from target optimization and strategy optimization.On the basis of the spatial organization structure goal,that is rationalization,centralization and sustainable development,based on characteristics of urban agglomeration spatial structure description,this paper puts forward the urban agglomeration spatial structure optimization,that is through integration of networked spatial structure optimization,to improve the overall efficiency of the cities in the megalopolisand complementary to each other,through ecological spatial structure optimization combination,further to strengthen the construction of "mode of corridor group network" more dominated by characteristic industrial clusters of urban agglomeration industry upgrade metempsychosis,to speed up urban space from the "flattening" to "three-dimensional" evolution process,through overall planning of urban and rural space,industrial space and traffic space,to achieve the optimal integration of regional economic integration space structure.Finally,this research discusses urban agglomeration spatial structure in the case of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration spatial scope is not changeless,but in expanding with the development of urban agglomeration and its spatial organization structure experienced process from "dot" structure to "point-axis structure" then to"multi-center network structure".This paper verified the existence of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration spatial agglomeration phenomenon by application of GIS spatial clustering analysis.Its economic output and labor,capital,technology,energy and other economic factors of production in Shanghai,Suzhou and other individual cities trend to high-high concentration.Through the further development of its space structure dynamic and developmental disorder,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration spatial organization structure,that is to speed up the pace of industrial upgrading,providing continuous power for economic development,to build "axis,center,network framework”,with Shanghai as the core,to strengthen the joint interaction,comprehensively promoting the Yangtze River Delta regional integration.
