Value Network Model And Macro-economic Impact Simulation Studies On Energy Services Industry

Energy service industry in China is moving toward marketization and standardization,energy services industry alliance which is based on local,industry and oriented at technology,finance,market is emerging.Under the force of policy,energy service industry has developed rapidly in our country,by the end of 2015,the total number of enterprises engaged in energy related services is 5426,the number of industry practitioners reaches 607000.During the period of "twelfth five-year",the total investment of contract energy management is 371.072 billion yuan,and the annual energy saving capacity is 124 million tons of standard coal,310 million tons of carbon dioxide.This shows that our country is to promote the development of the energy services industry,take a sustainable development path coordinated economic development and resources and environment,eventually meet the inner reality demand of economic structure adjustment and optimization of energy structure,environmental protection.But compared with its importance and development momentum,theoretical system of energy service industry at home and abroad is not yet perfect,study on energy service industry structure,value creation and value sharing,and economic contribution can provide theoretical basis for the development of energy service industry,is also of great significance to break through the existing energy service industry development predicament,promote the development of the energy services industry and realize the benefits of social energy saving.In this paper,research on the structure and value of energy services industry enriches the theory about the development of the energy services,analyzes the present situation and problems of energy service industry development in our country,and based on the advanced development experience of energy service industry in foreign countries,puts forward the countermeasures,builds the energy services industry value network structure model,clears about the energy services industry network elements,and formulates the corresponding network operation and constraint rules,analyzes the correlation value between different subjects,on this basis,further sets up benefit analysis mode based on subject value sharing to solve that how the subjects create shared value and how to assign the value,finally from the perspective of industrial value,establishes economic growth model,combined with the influence factors in the process of energy service industry development,analyze the contribution rate of the elements of energy service industry to economic growth and the role of energy service industry in the national economic growth.Main research achievements is shown as the following three points: at first,this paper builds the energy services industry value network structure model,using the method of value network analysis and from the perspective of the network structure,analyzes the energy services industry market subjects’ behavior characteristic and industry operation mechanism,from the perspective of value associated,analyzes,the value of coordination and flow relationship among the main subjects,so as to realize the value of the whole industry.Second,based on the mechanism of creating shared value and causality diagram in system dynamics analysis,build the benefit and value share model to analyze the mechanism of shared values of energy services industry value network as a whole system and among the interest subjects,after that,benefit analysis and value sharing model is established to analyze the behavior strategy of the key subjects,and how the industry value network benefits to be distributed and shared among the subjects,from the perspective of key stakeholders to explore how to promote cooperation between energy service industry value network subjects and to promote the development of the energy services industry.Third,build the economic growth model of energy services industry,from the perspective of industry growth,analyze the contribution of each input factor to industrial economic growth and industrial economic growth effect on the growth of national economy.The research results have a certain practical guiding significance on promoting the development of energy service industry at the present stage in China,at the same time,in this paper,the research ideas and methods have certain reference value for research on other industrial structure and the problem of value.
