The Research Of Technology Innovation Alliance Ambidextrous Innovation Mechanism

The 18th NPC Report points out that we should deepen the reform of the science and technology structure,promote the integration of technology and economy,speed up the construction of national innovation system,and strive to build the technology innovation system of which main part is enterprise and market oriented.And the 13th Five Year Plan emphasized it again.During economic transition period,enterprises and research institutions ought to establish the technology innovation alliance to face the rapidly changing economic environment.Technological innovation alliance should be provided with the decent dynamic capability,which makes the internal resources and organizational structure adjusted effectively with changes in external economic environment.And this kind of adjustment is closely related to the life cycle.Then it will maintain the innovational advantages in the sustainable competition.In various stage of life cycle,the alliances have different organization structure,resource allocation and innovation mechanism,which is related to how to balance the developmental innovation and exploratory innovation.In recent years,our focus in academia is how to manage and coordinate the exploitation and exploration----Ambidextrous Innovation.Many technical innovation alliances take good advantage of ambidextrous to prosper the development rapidly.Whereas there are some alliances ignored the importance of it and led to bankruptcy or disintegration.The current economic reform in China needs the support and stimulate of technology innovation,especially in the era of Internet +,Industry 4.0 and The Big Data.Finally,we find that high efficient ambidextrous innovation has great significance to the technical innovation alliance.At present,other researches about the ambidextrous innovation of organization mainly focused on the static research or review of it,and most of the research objects are enterprises.Little study on dynamic analysis let alone the research of ambidextrous innovation in strategic alliance.This research combined the related theories of life cycle,technology innovation alliance and ambidextrous innovation,and further studied the transformation and evolution mechanism of technical innovation alliance and ambidextrous innovation based on the different stages of life cycle.This paper attempt to answer the following key issues:Question 1:Based on the theory of ambidextrous innovation,how to classify the technology innovation alliances,what features they have?Question 2:In different stages of life cycle,what characteristics do the ambidextrous innovation of technology innovation alliances have?How to achieve the life cycle evolution of ambidextrous innovation organization?Question 3:Compared with the previous theories of "path dependence" and "innovation trap" of inertia of ambidextrous innovation,whether there is the opposite condition?This research reviews the relevant literature and integrates the theories in order to dig into the life cycle theory,the technical innovation alliance theory and the ambidextrous innovation theory;This paper also expatiated characteristics analysis for the growth process of technological innovation alliance;What' more,this paper did characteristics analyze and comparative study for 7 different types of organization;And it discussed the transformational mechanism of technology innovation alliance and evolution mechanism of ambidextrous innovation based on life cycle various stages,built the model and put forward 14 related hypothesis as well;In addition,this paper discussed the existence of the " exploitation path dependence" and "exploration continuous failure" ability traps in the opposite context of the previous study;Finally,thoroughly explain the 4 paths and mechanism of ambidextrous innovation equilibrium model degradation?From the part of expound and prove,this study used case study method to verify the above hypothesis and did some exploratory analysis.The author selected the national automotive lightweight technology innovation alliance,Guangdong intelligent toy industry technology innovation alliance and Changzhou semiconductor lighting technology innovation alliance with three different levels and sizes;Beyond that,the author did field interview and questionnaire to 231 national and provincial technology innovation alliance,and received 303 valid sample data and used factor analysis,alpha test,statistical correlation analysis,linear regression,multiple regression model to verify the above assumptions by SPSS16.0,AMOS 7.0 and EXCEL and some other data analysis software.Finally,the author put forward some political suggestions about innovation management for the Chinese government and technology innovation alliance.
