Research On Foreign Trade System In China

Foreign trade system is the system that a country or region takes measures to manage foreign trade management organization,management authority distribution,management mode and business organization form,management division of labor and interest distribution and other aspects,it is an important part of a country's national economic system.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's foreign trade has made great achievements.Since the reform and opening up,especially after entering into WTO,the scale of foreign trade has expanded rapidly,the international competitiveness has been improved rapidly,China has played more and more important role on the stage of the world economy,which is closely connected with the continuous improvement of the foreign trade system.After many years of adjustment and improvement,China has formed a set of "Chinese characteristics",targeted,constantly changed foreign trade system.In 2016,China has faced the weakness of global economic recovery,the downward pressure on the domestic economy,the new normal of foreign trade,China's foreign trade still achieved good results,the value of import and export trade is $3684.93 billion,import trade value is $1587.48 billion,export trade value is $2097.44 billion.Although the value of import and export trade is less than previous year,it's still better than the world's major economies and emerging market countries,the quality and efficiency of foreign trade development have further improved.However,China has a lot of problems in the foreign trade system,such as domestic trade system and foreign trade system has not been fully established yet,foreign trade administrative management system is not clear,the construction process of foreign trade legal system is slow,foreign trade property rights system is not perfect,foreign trade technical innovation system is deficient,free trade pilot area system is not perfect,foreign capital utilization system is unreasonable,which seriously restrict the healthy and sustainable development of foreign trade.Therefore,effective system plays an important role in promoting the development of foreign trade.Because of the reasonable system of foreign trade on the one hand can reduce transaction cost,on the other hand also can narrow the income gap,thus greatly stimulates the activities of engaging in foreign trade and promote the rapid development of foreign trade.Studying the innovation of China's foreign trade system based on the in-depth study of institutional innovation of China's foreign trade system change,is meaningful to promote the foreign trade of China under the new situation,enhance the international competitiveness of China's foreign trade.This paper is focusing on the foreign trade system,explores the foreign trade system which is based on theory of institutional economics according to analyzing the changing history,situation,problems,causes and effectiveness of the implementation of China's foreign trade system,learning the advanced experience of foreign trade system changes from the United States,Japan,Germany and other developed countries,to innovate China's foreign trade system.This paper is divided into 6 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the background,research significance,research methodology and research framework of China's foreign trade system,and points out the possible innovation and deficiency of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis of the foreign trade system.Combing and summarizing the theory of institutional change,property rights theory and transaction cost theory,and points out the relationship between the theories and foreign trade.The third chapter is the analysis of China's foreign trade system.Firstly,analyzing the history of China's foreign trade system changes and the relationship between China's foreign trade system changes and the development of foreign trade.Secondly,analyzing the present situation of China's foreign trade system according to the composition and characteristics of China's foreign trade system.Thirdly,analyzing the problems of China's foreign trade system,such as the process of foreign trade legal system construction is slow,foreign trade property rights system is not clear,internal and external trade management system has not been fully established,foreign trade technical innovation system is deficient,the free trade zone system is imperfect,foreign trade administrative system is not clear,foreign capital utilization system is unreasonable,etc.Finally,analyzing the main reason for the problems of China's foreign trade system,such as the over pursuit of interests,rely on the labor advantage,the changes
