Resource Integration Mechanism Of Cross-Border Entrepreneurship Alliance

In the background of Chinese new economic transformation, in order to keep economic growing rapidly, solving the problems consisting of instable external demand, less prosperous domestic demand and increased economic downturn pressure have become the priorities of all. Innovation and entrepreneurship serving as the new engines of Chinese economic development have become the important driving forces which stabilize economic growth, guarantee employment and promote economic transformation, have been the important national strategy which reforms industrial structure and breaks through the bottleneck in domestic economy development. In the process of entrepreneurship, lacking of resource has become one of the difficulties of restricting enterprise's long-time rapid development. So they obtain necessary resource by many cooperative ways, such as taking part in alliance activities, outsourcing, and so on. Due to the intensive market environment, different kinds of innovation including new product development, new market expanding, organizational structure, technological process, and so on, have come to rely more and more fusion of different domain knowledge. Enterprise obtains different resources by cross-organization and cross-border which can increase the chance of gaining more evaluable entrepreneurial resource. So a lot of enterprises take part in cross-border activities to enhance resource complementary advantages, in order to improve alliance's competitive advantages. Cross-border cooperation has not only become enterprise innovation realistic path, but also attracted the most attention from scholars. Different from the traditional alliance, 'cross-border” and “innovation” are the main characteristics of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance. And the characteristics of alliance resource are scattered, coarse granularity and dynamic, and so on. All these factors present great challenge to alliance resource integration mechanism.Based on the above analysis, taking cross-border entrepreneurship alliance as the research object, analyzing formation motivation of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance by using cross-border idea, and further reveals formation mechanism of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance. On this basis, according to the characteristics of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance, combining with entrepreneurship resource integration process, constructs resource integration mechanism of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance from four dimensions including resource recognition, resource acquisition, resource allocation, resource utilization by using system theory. The renovation of dissertation lies in the content, mainly in five aspects:(1)Taking cross-border entrepreneurship alliance as research object for the first time, studies the relevant theory about it. Different from the previous studies of venture enterprise and entrepreneurial alliance, introduces cross-border ideas into entrepreneurship alliance, after analyzing the external factors and internal factors of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance formation, further reveals formation mechanism of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance by using incomplete information Game Theory. And designs organizational structure model of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance, enriches the relevant research field of entrepreneurship and alliance.(2)Combining with “cross-border” and “innovation” which are two obvious characteristics of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance, from four dimensions including resource recognition, resource acquisition, resource allocation, resource utilization, builds resource integration framework of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance, in some ways, improves entrepreneurial resource integration theory, expands entrepreneurial resource integration field.(3)Analyzes importance and correlation of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance resource acquisition influencing factors by using ISM explain structural equation model, to determine the key influencing factors of alliance resource acquisition. Designs effective resource determined standard table of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance members, from the aspects of resource validity and acquisition cost, and so on, constructs the access path of effective resource.(4)Constructs resource hierarchical matching process model of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance by using hierarchical matching method. Relevant hierarchical variables are introduced to achieve the optimal matching scheme. Firstly considering different resources' characteristics, adopts flexible matching, avoiding the difference resource types cannot be matched to the next level effectively. Secondly, text similarity theory is introduced to calculate functional text matching degree of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance, in order to improve resource matching accuracy. Finally, from response time, resource reliability, resource availability, resource safety, robustness and credibility, and so on, matches different kinds of resource, to improve comprehensive matching effect and increase matching accuracy of alliance resource ultimately.(5)Constructs resource utilization mechanism of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance for the first time, including technology innovation, product transformation and marketing pattern innovation, improves resource integration and management theory. And deeply discusses resource utilization value realization mechanism of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance. After analyzing situational factors, combining with entrepreneurial orientation dimensions consisting of autonomy, innovation, risk-taking, first mover and competitive aggression, reveals resource utilization value realization mechanism of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance by using resource bricolage theory.This study enriches cross-border entrepreneurship alliance basic theory and resource integration method theory, refines research methods and theoretical system of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance, promotes cross-border entrepreneurship activities, provides new ideas for elevating resource utilization efficiency and optimizing resource allocation, offers theoretical guidance for cross-border entrepreneurship alliance resource integration practical activities, affords certain theoretical reference significance for cross-border entrepreneurship alliance cooperation and resource management. The practical significance lies in constructing reasonable resource integration mechanism for cross-border entrepreneurship alliance, guides for entrepreneurship activities of cross-border entrepreneurship alliance, promotes cross-border resource flowing, maintains cross-border entrepreneurship alliance sustainable development, enhances stability and harmony of regional economy, improves resource management level, integration ability and core competitive advantage, in order to provide scientific basis for cross-border entrepreneurship alliance's resource management.
