A Study On The Geo Economic Relations Between Northeast China And The Russian Far East

Since the birth of the modern geopolitical thought in the end of nineteenth Century, the relationship between politics and the environment has become more and more popular. With the trend of economic globalization, regional integration and regional economic development, the international community has become increasingly concerned about the geopolitical issues. Today, the idea has been introduced into many areas, in the international politics, international relations, the world economy, human geography and other disciplines, for geopolitical and geo economic are involved. The regional economic cooperation is based on the geographical, historical, political, economic and other factors, the Northeast China and the Russian Far East form a special geopolitical relations, this relationship has changed from the past geopolitical confrontation to today's geopolitical, and presents a new development trend. At present, China and Russia are in the best period in the history, the Chinese and Russian heads of reached an important consensus to strengthen cooperation between the two countries and in Moscow they signed the joint declaration, in 2009, the two heads of State met formally and approved the " The cooperation plan between Northeast China and the Russian Far East with Eastern Siberia region of (2009-2018)". On this basis, the Tumen River in Jilin Province, the international cooperation has been incorporated into the national regional strategy. At present, with the promotion of national "along the way" and Russia "to the east to see" strategy, the integration of interests between China and Russia and the field of cooperation will be further deepened, which will bring new opportunities for the development of Northeast China and the Russian Far East, the two countries are faced with the development of win-win strategy, which is a rare opportunity for both sides.However, the practice of the development in the two countries also indicated that the relationship between the northeast of China and the Russian Far East is not harmonious, and the relationship between the northeast and the Russian Far East has always lagged behind the development of the geopolitical relations. Since 2003, the central government has decided to implement the strategy of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base, expanding opening and developing the relationship with Russia, North Korea and other Northeast Asia. Expanding the opening to the outside world and developing relationship with northeast Asia countries such as Russia are considered indispensable mechanism, a series of policy document countries have been issued to support the expanding and economic cooperation with neighboring countries. Over the years, with the help of the state and local governments and enterprises, certain achievements have been made in the northeast area opening to the outside world, but f it is not obvious that the Northeast China's economic relations with Russia (and the Far East) have been weak.To this, many scholars analyzed the fact that there is a big gap between expanding opening of the northeast to the outside world and southeast coastal regions, but in-depth analysis on the cause of this gap, the influence mechanism are not enough. At the same time, tumen river region,as the border of the northeast Asia, Russia, the international cooperative development progress is slow over the years, the differences of the scale of the "sub-regional cooperation" also puts forward a new research topic for us. From previous studies, most studies are limited to "a good situation-bright prospec-, how to strengthen the cooperation", the existing literature failed to give full explanation to these questions.Therefore, this study aims to analyze the problem from the "existing problems", analyze the problem, face the obstacle factors, and seek to overcome the plan., according to the micro (northeast China and the Russian far east) geo-economic relationship problems reflect macro sub-regional economic cooperation; Focus on the geopolitical economic relations of space-time and regional differences, analyze problems based on the perspective of geographical barriers. Through theory analysis, we try to research objectively in northeast China and the Russian far east geo-economic relationship formation development evolution process of space and time, combing with textual and through to the northeast of China and the present condition of the Russian far east geopolitical economic relations pattern (mainly inspects foreign economic and trade pattern), reveals (sub-regional geo-economic relations between the two countries and the obstacle factors of the development in its internal mechanism; Finally on the basis of knowing and understanding the law, we put forward our advive on development in northeast China from the macro prospctive.The full text structure is divided into seven chapters. In the first chapter,we give a Brief introduction, it mainly discribe the research background,existed problems and the significance, the system structure and the possible innovation points of this paper. In the second chapter, the theoretical basis of the research on geo economic relations is analyzed, the connotation, characteristics, influencing factors, interaction relationship, research scale, spatial structure and so on. The theoretical basis of market competition, international trade, economic growth and government intervention are analyzed, and the relationship between regional economic development and regional economic development is analyzed. The third chapter:mainly from several historical periods of time to sort out the development of the Northeast China and the Russian Far East, the formation of the development of the Russian Far East, the space and time process. The fourth chapter analysis the structure of the geo-economics between northeast of China and russian far east, combined with the changes of the international political situation in Northeast Asia, an empirical analysis of the status quo of the geopolitical relations between Northeast China and the Russian far east. The fifth chapter:Based on the investigation of the previous process and the pattern, the obstacle factors and the inherent theoretical mechanism of the development of the Russian Far East geo economic relations are analyzed. The sixth chapter:from the macro view of the future development of China's northeast and the Russian Far East geopolitical relationship between the strategic orientation, the development path model and countermeasures. In the seventh chapter, the main research conclusions of the paper are discussed, and the shortcomings of the paper and the prospect of further research are also pointed out.Through the research of this paper, we have a clear understanding of the spatial and temporal process, pattern and the inherent mechanism of the regional economic relations between Northeast China and the Russian Far East. We can face up to the development of China's northeast and Russian Far East geopolitical relations, and further forecast the development of regional economic cooperation and China's economic and trade relations between Northeast China and the Russian Far East.
