In the crucial period of China’s accelerating urbanization process, and enhancing the quality of urbanization development, the Northeast region has entered a new phase of the revitalization of old industrial bases. Northeast China as China’s important old industrial base and agricultural production base, its agricultural economy taking up a larger proportion, so far in some areas still depend on agriculture development, resulting in the process of urbanization in Northeast China lags behind the industrial modernization, failure to achieve the pattern of full industrialization driven regional economic development. Northeast China urban agglomeration is grown up in a special historical period, and under certain economic background, bear the geographical division of labor in northeast old industrial base and around the northeast regional economy development with its unique structural and functional relationships. In recent years, driven by strong globalization, spatial structure inevitably have a strong impact and remodeling dy the economic globalization. This chapter assessed individual and comprehensive development level of urbanization in Jilin central urban agglomeration; Used the application of the ecosystem service unit value table to calculation total value of ecosystem services in Jilin central urban agglomeration. Through curve fitted to analyze the element response relationship between the level of urbanization development and the ecosystem services value; reveals the prominence negative impact of rapid urbanization of urban agglomeration region.Chapter 7 is the conclusion and prospect. Sum up research of the article, summarized the shortcomings existing in this studies, and define the main issues need to be explored in future research.
