In the new century, the living environment outside the organization has undergone a significant change.In order to adapt to the needs of this external living environment changes, the organizations in this environment must or should be changed accordingly, with keeping the balance among the various forces of the market environment, to achieve construct an appropriate macro environment for their own survival and development. In view of this reason, to weaken or improve the external environment pressure on the survival of the organization's own strength, manufacturing companies, particularly in manufacturing of the tangible products as their main production mode of traditional manufacturing companies, it is very imperative for organizations to innovating the manufacturing model transformation and updating the model manufacturing mode. Based on the previous points on a large number management analysis, it's believed that the traditional manufacturing companies that are in nowadays'competitive environment should have to seek a new commercial competitive mode to reconstruct or rebuild the enterprises'new core competitive power, when they want to change the today's competitive situation or reconstruct the competitive advantage against the economic enterprises with low-cost.From the practice in the global economic activities, it has a significant positive impact for the traditional manufacturing companies, which in the deep competing difficult position, to improve their running performance and reconstruct their competitive advantage with providing the valued-added service to the customers through the transition from the simply product supplier to the mixed provider with product and service. But, how to formed the choice or application of the servitization strategy for the manufacturing enterprises? And how to improve or promote the sevitization performance of the manufacturing enterprises? This has been one of the key problems to these research scholars that focus on the issues in the manufacturing sector service transformation strategy.To explore the manufacturing enterprise service-oriented generation logic strategy and service-oriented strategic transformation performance of manufacturing enterprises intrinsic mechanism, in this paper, five cases were derived by selecting the local service of our highly successful strategic transformation of a typical manufacturing enterprise with exploratory case studies. The study found that certain internal and external environmental conditions and the enterprise features in manufacturing companies played a kind of leverage role in the manufacturing enterprise strategy selection process. With this process of the study in the explore the influence of the service-oriented manufacturing industry on their enterprises' performance,we intend to analyze this question begin with the company capabilities theory from this study perspective that how the relatively adaptable business relationship between the service types supplied by the manufacturing companies and the company's capacity of a given situation impact on the enterprise performance, which based on the200questionnaires ranged from variety different manufacturing companies covered the area from the Pearl River Delta(Shenzhen Longhua District manufacturing enterprises), the Yangtze River Delta(Suzhou, Wenzhou, Nantong), and Central China(Wuhan, Changsha), included30enterprises in-depth interviews, secondary data collection.So that we can work on an in-depth exploration on the performance of the manufacturing companies service-oriented in generation logic. As the statistical study found that companies capabilities plays a significant impact role on the generation of the service-oriented manufacturing performance regulation.The companies capabilities are more likely to have a positive impact on the manufacturing business performance especially when there keeps a proper relatively relationship between the types of the service supplied by the manufacturing companies and the enterprises'capacity of a given situation. That's to say, the enterprise's capacity of a given situation which is keeping a proper relatively relationship with the types of the manufacturing services (the business needs of customers) has a significant positive impact on the role of regulation of the manufacturing service-oriented performance improvement.Therefore, it's further confirmed an important hypothesis that the enterprises capabilities plays a positive significant role in a successful corporate strategy transition, as well as proved that both the various value-added service supplying, and the improved performance of the manufacturing companies service-oriented business obtaining are backed on the different types of enterprises capabilities.This paper is mainly divided into3parts, introduction, literature review and theoretical development, empirical research,6chapters in total. Specific for, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the research background, research questions, significance and research ideas; literature review and theoretical development part, including the second, the third and the fourth chapters. The second chapter is mainly based on the existing theory literature review and comments on the manufacturing services and company capabilities, laid the theoretical foundation for future study. For a solid study, the third chapter is mainly analyzed by qualitative research methods, through the plenty data of interviews, surveys, and secondary data collection, to clear and specific study variables, and lay the foundation for empirical research. The fourth chapter is a literature review and qualitative research conducted by the first two chapters, the proposed framework, and the theoretical interpretation on the research framework, to clear and specific research hypotheses. The third part is the empirical research, including the fifth and sixth chapters. This part is of the tested data collected through the questionnaire on the proposed hypothesis, and proposed research findings, as well as theoretical and practical significance, while the limitations of the study, made recommendations for the further research in the future.
