Infrared warning gets target information through the differences between target and background.It belongs to the passive measurement and has so many advantages such as High sensitive detection,Good concealment performance and without being limited by the low-flying target detection.The technologies such as the measurement of targets missing distance,the characteristics analysis of target radiation and the determination of target geometry attitude become the main means that were used to evaluate the effect on the target interception.So infrared warning is an important part of national religion warning system.Because of the inherent defects in the form of structure,the photoelectric theololite has some disadvantages in the warning application.Firstly,it has a smaller field of view target search and restricts the target capture performance.Secondly,the target tracking has its limitation.A single system can only track a single target and has the blind area in overhead tracking.In addition,it has the limited of infrared detection frame frequency and the lower measurement precision.So it can't meet a high-performance infrared warning system for the full time domain and airspace closed detection.In view of the above questions,this paper first puts forward a new conceptual structure named umbrella shapecascading structuretracking platform.The structure combined the multi-load umbrella shape distribution with the multilayer structure effectively.Trough the combination of this new tracking platform structurewith the researches on multiple detector measurement,multi-taskmodel planning,optimization of control and information processing and so on,it can effectively solve the bottleneck problemswhich restricted the application of infrared warning.The paper stated the composition and working principle of new tracking platform.Based onthe analysis of multi-model parallel operation process under the two layer structure system,the paper revealed the principles about the full time domain and airspace closed detection with the methods of target dynamic scanning,multi-object tracking and time-sharing exposure imaging.Aimed at the defects in vertex tracking and mobile measuring,two new methods are put forward and researched.The first is a combined tracking modebased on a certain error control strategy.This method can reduce error amplification effectively in high pitching angle projection.The error is derived from the random noise of measured signal.The tracking platform realized the switches and transmits of target through the overlap of view which was caused by the different phase between the optical axis of multi-detectors.The second is an attitude measurement approach based on the synchronous rotation image source.According to the principle of optical axis rotationwhen the turntable of two axis frame structure worked on the moving base,the method took advantages of the new structure,inversed two dimensional attitude of the base by getting more groups of synchronous reference image and the space targets pointing information and simulated and verified on the measurement accuracy.The author chooses a pitch tracking mechanism scheme in the form of gear rack transmission and hydraulic cylinder servo drive.The results were simulated and analysed with the methods of mechanics modeling,finite element analysis,modal response analysis and error analysis.The static characteristic,dynamic characteristic and directional accuracyof new tracking platformwere quantitatively evaluated.The three-dimensional model of double load structure was established by the use of solidworks software.The dynamic simulation was achieved under the Adams as input and the effects which were caused by multi-layer inter-agency movement coupling with the control were analyzed.According to the expected requirements of the system dynamic performance,the mathematical model of the hydraulic control system based on thepitch tracking mechanismwasbuilt.Two controllers of PID control and sliding modevariable structure control were designed respectively.In comparison by simulation,the sliding mode variable structure which was based on index control algorithm can effectively overcome the influence which caused by outside of controlled nonlinear disturbances and uncertain of the model parameters.At the same time,hydraulic control mode,which characteristics adopts large load and power,was verified feasibility of tracking fast and flexible target successfully.In order to solve the problem of signal transmission and processing,the distributed controlbased on gigabit Ethernet interconnection was studied.Combined the aid of secondary tree topology structure of exchangedEthernet with the embedded control unit,data exchanged in real-time was realized.Finally,the paper proves the effectiveness of the method.
