There are a lot of education information systems by the rapid development of information technology.With the popularizing of E-Learning,personalized learning needs of learners are improving.The traditional way of E-Learning has been already unable to satisfy the demand of the individual learning needs.The way to support E-Learning has gone through three stages:content presentation,search query and adaptive learning.E-Learning's construction model is no longer blindly expanding educational digital resources.Therefore,how to ensure the effect of learning is the key to the E-Learning.The adaptive learning system get the personalized learning feature information of learners,such as learning styles,preferences and cognitive level,etc.Then it accurately builds domain knowledge to match learners and interact with the system to complete the update and organizational knowledge.With research and application support of adaptive learning,the system has been improved.However,for the adaptive learning research and application of basic education,it is seldom research on adaptive learning services model.And few construction of the adaptive learning services system is completed.This research based on several projects of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education.This dissertation conducted a deep analysis of the features and characteristics about adaptivelearning,and builds an adaptive learning service model ALSSRM for basic education.Then we discussed the construction,framework,content and function of learner model,domain model and adaptive engine.This thesis applies various research methods,for example literature research,metadata,interpretative structural modeling method,ontology theory,empirical research,scheduling and CSP theory,investigation research,finite automata theory,evaluative method,etc.The following is the contents of this work.(1)The adaptive learning service system reference model.Through the method of literature research and investigation research analysis theadaptive learning model including:DHRM,AEHS,AHAM,LAOS,EAHAM and other reference model.In view of the shortcomingsand existing problems of the model,for basic education of adaptive learning service,at the same time consideringthe local features and characteristics factors of Beijing based education,then designed adaptive learning service system reference model.(2)The learner model based on ontology and metadata.Getting the learner's historical learning process data from the existing educational information system then initialized the learner model.By the technology of metadata to construct a basic education metadata model,and by the metadata extraction and metadata model conversion technology access learner's learning history data,from which summed up the characteristic information of the learners.(3)The access sharing mechanism of the basic education data resources.There are many educational information systems in city,districts and counties level.And the problem is existing mutual access to the shared features of chaos.The situation is compatible to the study digital resources of the education information system.Through metadata to derive basic education fusion element database,using the analysis function of metadata and clearly describe the data flow between the education information systems,then proposed the access sharing mechanismof the basic education data resources.(4)The knowledge model based on ontology and metadata.Four layer management framework of domain knowledge model is proposed.This paper fully considers the integration and utilization of educational digital resources in the existingsystem.And the " Metadata Specification ofDigital Resources for BeijingBasicEducation" is published for the basic education of Beijing which is based on LOM.It realized the structure of knowledge points and standardizes the education of digital resources.(5)The massive data storage scheme for basic education based on big dataand the idea of NoSql.In view of the large amount of educational digital resources precipitation in many educational institutions' education information systems,learn from the NoSql idea to design the massive data storage scheme for basic education.This scheme not only meets the demand of large data storage,but also can meet the requirements of relational operation and compatibility in business logic,and it can realize the resource utilization.(6)The adaptive engine based on CSP and finite automataalgorithm.In order to design the object function of Scheduling,the paper defines the learning activity.The paperis analyzed the transformation of scheduling problem and constraint satisfaction problem,then discussed the specific transformation method,finally established the CSP model of learning activity scheduling.The problem of learning activity design is solved by CSP scheduling problem.At last,the paperproposed the DFSFA algorithm.To summarize,the part 1?5 of the research is relatively mature,but in the basic education is blank.There is a few related literature about the part 2?3?4,but most of them stay in theory,lack of practical application verification.Few paper related to the about 6 researches and there is a blank in the adaptive learning system to use the CSP.This paper provides a reference for the adaptive learning service system in the basic education field.
