The rapid advance in China's internet in the last two decades has given a rise to the transform of the organizational structure from the traditional hierarchical mode to the horizontal and virtual paradigm, and the emergence of various company configurations under the network environment. However,in this context, there are some new characteristics of individual mentation(e.g.cognition)and choice behavior, drived from the changes of network environments, and the characteristics lead to increase of the probability of emergencies. As the new characteristics spread gradually, they have influenced the functions of organizations largely.Looking at the results of existing researches on individual cognition and choice behavior, they are mainly concentrated on the macro level, such as conception, influence factors and policies. With the deepening of the exploration and development in the field, more and more non-linear phenomena in individual cognition and choice behavior have been found, which have received attention from scholars. It is well known that individuals who possess particular social status in network organizations are not static and isolated.Hence, the interaction of individual choice behavior and organizations has become a problem that needs urgent resolution in the complex and capricious network.Catastrophe theory, social dynamics and computational experiments have been utilized in this paper to study the cognitions and choice behaviors of individuals and the groups from static to dynamic and individual to group.First,we found that individual choice behavior would have sudden changes based on previous research results. For further study, they meet the characteristics of cusp-catastrophe model. We collected text data to quantify the individual choice behaviors and model the changes in cognition and choice behaviors base on the fuzzy theory and qualitative simulation.Next,we fitted the cusp catastrophic model of individual emotions and situations in the pressure of two control variables drived by text data. The optimal combination of variables was found out to simulate on group level.Secondly,we built the cognition catastrophe and resilience model to describe the changes of individual cognition based on individual cognitive resilience theory and catastrophe theory.Through hypothesis testing and parameter adjustment, our model could express the individual cognitive resilience in the complex network environment.Combined with network events--" Under the Dome",the model analyzed different types of individuals, and carried on the quantitative measurement and numerical experiments to seek the relationship between cognitive resilience and individual choice behavior.Further studies found that there are still disturbances influencing individual cognitions and choice behaviors for the the properties of sociality. Therefore, the social cognitive level is introduced to describe the disturbances. In addition,we add the cognitive learning rule into the cognitive learning-catastrophe model to transform strictly static catastrophe model into fuzzy dynamic simulation model, which can reason the dynamic process of interaction of individual choice behavior and its influencing factors. Finally, complex network and multi-agent simulation help us to design the group behavior model, which takes the relationship between the individual cognitive bias and their corresponding choice behavior into account. The classic scale-free model and discrete choice behavior model have also contributed to realizing the reversal computational experiments of group behaviors. In the final analysis, cognitive bias, node degree of the network, community structure and interacting intensity are taken into account to discuss the influence on the evolution of the reversal of group behaviors.Simulation studies offer advice in the network environment for decision making during the control measures of collective choice behaviors.
