second chapter defines the concept of College Students’ employability from the perspective of Ideological and political education.The employment ability of college students during school students ability of the external employment out of the sum of personality traits.In this study,through theoretical analysis and empirical research methods,the factors of College Students’ employment ability,employment ability(including professional knowledge application ability,learning ability,innovation ability,logic analysis ability,personality orientation(occupation)job responsibility,dedication,positive coping ability(SOCIAL),language skills,interpersonal communication ability,teamwork ability,development ability,employment ability compressive)(information collection ability,self development ability,employment decision-making ability),a total of 4 categories 14 two sub elements.The employability of college students is characterized by systematic,difference and development.In the third chapter,the author reviews the classical theory of Marx,the cultivation of the ability of the Communist Party of China,the western scholars and Chinese scholars.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the current situation of College Students’ employability,including achievements,problems and causes.For enterprises,universities and college students in the three different groups in the employability of college students "questionnaire,and combined with the literature,from the perspective of the government’s macroeconomic policy mechanism,medium higher education and social management level,to the individual growth level,the total node results,found the problem,cause analysis.The achievements of College Students’ employment College Students’ employability training.On the whole,it constructs the training system of College Students’ employment ability,which is multidimensional,multi-dimensional and cooperative.From the clearly the self positioning and employability training objectives,curriculum mapping technology to strengthen the association with personnel training and employment ability,promote the reform of teaching objectives and teaching methods of professional courses,strengthen the construction of specialized courses of employment ability,including training courses and employment ability training courses,social development ability to cope with the employment orientation of cultivating personality.Second,expand the training system of College Students’ employment ability,that is,through the practice of school training,campus cultural activities,the practice of student associations and the growth of students in the management of these four forms of practice.Third,strengthen the training
