In the developing meaning, the special college education have a weak link and a weak position in the whole higher education of China. From the perspective of ideological and political education, in recent years psychological education and international integration education idea has enriched the higher special education, but the effect of ideological and political education for the disabled students has not been ideal. It’s didn’t pay enough attention to spiritual growth and mental healthy personality education. There is no doubt that the spirit of the disabled students related to whether they participate in social life equally or not. Therefore, we should strengthen the research on ideological and political education and personality education for the handicapped students.The formation and presentation of the problem is a new breakthrough in knowledge. This article is focus on the personality education on disabled college students, on the perspective of the formation of disabled college students on cultural and social background, research basis, issues and causes, content saturation theory resource and the way of implementation. From the point of the disabled college students’character education theory with Marxism and ideological and political education to distinguishing the integration between theory’s resource and Marxism and figuring out its weakness so that the body and methods contracture of disabled college students education guided by Marxism can be well explained. The article consists of five chapters.The first chapter is social discrimination for disables culture and character education. The disable’s character problem is actually a social problem. Social culture gives a certain groups of social identity. Then people will treat someone according to its identity. The social discrimination and guilt name leads to the disabled be isolated and bee deprived of living circumstances which lead to the problems of their personality development. As vulnerable groups for the disabled "appearance", it refers to the society of discrimination and exclusion. Personality education for the disabled is facing the disabled people as well as the healthy people. In order to solve the problem of social discrimination and construct the spirit of the disabled people, we need to coordinate the unity of individual personality and social personality, to enhance the individual’s social adaptability and self-regulation.The second chapter is the instruction of the personality traits, problems and causes of students with disabilities. The group of disabled students mainly refers to the group of students who are physically handicapped and receiving special education. Compared with ordinary university students, the personality traits of students with disabilities, development of the political personality is not perfect, the psychological development is not balanced, personality development is not perfect, the character is asocial and the social adaptability is poor. From the point of historical materialism analysis, social existence determines social consciousness. The physical defects of students with disabilities caused by psychological problems, weakening the ability of social adaptation of students with disabilities, as well as the impact of the political quality of students with disabilities to improve the problem.The third chapter is theoretical resources and basic principles of personality education for students with disabilities. The complexity of the personality characteristics of students with disabilities determines the difficulty of carrying out the personality education of students with disabilities, and it is an urgent need to guide the theory. On the personality education of students with disabilities, we should also work hard to excavate the ideological resources of personality psychology, special education, philosophy and so on which are not related to Marx, so as to enrich our thought and realize the value of china. Personality education of disabled students must find a specific strategy to carry out personality education for students with disabilities.
