The counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education and have a dual identity, they are a source of management cadres of colleges and universities and also the part of the teachers. With the arrival of the era of the popularization of higher education, the present situation of ideological and political education calls for the professionalization and specialization of Counselors team. The Counselor Professional Construction becomes a hot topic of concern to all parties, and there are many related research achievements. However, as part of the university teachers, the researches from the angle of the counselor's identity of teachers are few. In fact, the lack of teacher identity in counselors must be difficult to achieve the goal of the specialization of counselors.This paper system atically combs our college counselors'policy documents and compares the current situation of workers in the construction of Chinese and foreign students" affairs and does in-depth researches on the present situation of counselor identity of teachers and proposes the path to implement the counselor teacher identity, to enrich the thought of The Counselor Professional Construction.The first chapter mainly discusses the connotation of counselor teacher identity.This chapter begins by combing all the documents related to our college counselors, from changes in counselors title and job duties to grasp the Counselor professional connotation. On this basis, it explores teacher identity's era connotation deeply and points out that teachers' identity is closely linked to the teacher professionalization movement, counselors are part of the college teachers, with both general elements of teacher identity and the characteristics of the counselor positions. Grasping counselor teacher identity must handle the relationships between teacher identity and management identity well. It points out that management identity is the premise of teacher identity and the identity of teachers enriches the connotation of the management identity. The second chapter discusses the identity and the realization of the path of the teaching of the college counselors. This chapter bases on to grasp the connotation of the curriculum, combining with the characteristics of counselor work and points out that the ideological and political theory course is the duty of counselors" teaching work. But at the same time it has to deal well with the similarities and differences between the counselor teaching and the ideological and political theory courses and take care of the counselor professional background features and coordinate the relationship between the daily student management to maximize the educational function of teaching. At the same time, to accurately understand the status of the counselor's teaching identity, it does qualitative and quantitative analysis in the achievements and shortages of counselor's teaching work and has a profound grasp of the problems in counselor teaching work through questionnaire survey data. Second, through combing the research data and system policy file, it is more accurately to grasp the achievements and shortcomings made by the counselors and professional titles work.Finally, it puts forward three proposals to the real implementation of the counselors and professional titles:making counselor professional technical position appraisal mechanism, refining the counselor professional technical position appraisal standards, strengthening counselor position after employment management work.The concluding elaborates on the important role of the counselor team specialized construction part from the perspective of implementation of the counselor teacher identities. It points out that carrying out the teachers' identity is the cornerstone of the counselor and identifying job responsibilities is the key of the counselor specialization, improving the management system is the guarantee of counselor specialization, accelerating the development of students is the goal of the specialization of counselors.
