With the deepening of four comprehensive strategic layout and the implementation of the five development philosophies,the development of ideological and political education is at the crossroads of valuable opportunities and rigorous challenges.To seize opportunities and deal with challenges,ideological and political education must continuously widen its subject field of vision,expand its research field,perfect its content system,promote its academic content and respond its concern for reality.Carrying out research on ethnic ideological and political education,and on ideological and political education ideas of outstanding figures are very important aspects,but researches on the above aspects are not rich enough.To deeply explore and systematically construct the theoretical system of ideological and political education idea of Ulanhu is the rational appeal of our time,and is the realistic needs of the development of ideological and political education,and ethnic ideological and political education workers are required to voluntarily make their own contribution for this.Over 60 years' revolutionary career,Ulanhu made immortal contributions for the China revolution and construction.He made outstanding contributions for the liberation of Inner Mongolian people and accomplishment of regional autonomy.Besides he left us valuable spiritual treasure and is respected by the Party and Chinese people of all ethnic groups.At various times in history,Ulanhu always highly valued ethnic ideological and political education of our Party.Besides,according to different themes of the times and tasks,he carried out a series of practice on ethnic ideological and political education,forming his distinctive theoretical system.To conduct a research on Ulanhu's ethnic ideological and political education will have a significant influence on exploring heritage and important creative value of guiding the reality.On the base of integration of history and theory,the thesis constructs the Ulanhu ethnic ideological and political education idea mainly from four aspects:history,theory,practice and evaluation.From the historic perspective,Ulanhu ethnic ideological and political education idea has unique historical contexts,lively political practices,and profound theological origins.From a theological standpoint,Ulanhu ethnic ideological and political education idea was based on the conceptual framework of Marxist ideological and political education,formed the identity education of national with patriotism and the identity education of Chinese nation with national equality,ethnic autonomy and Identity Chinese culture with national culture of prosperity and development purport and identity education of political party with Chinese Communist Party as a core.From the point of practice,Ulanhu ethnic ideological and political education idea threaded through the multi-dimensional practice of working on nationality work,pastoral work,Party construction work,united-front work and army work.From the perspective of evaluation,Ulanhu ethnic ideological and political education idea had distinctive ethnic features,and made great contribution on the transmission of Marxist ethnic theory.It vastly enriched theoretical system of the communist party of China ethnic ideological and political education.It is a scientific theory which has been repeatedly proved by the Chinese revolution and construction especially by the practice in the ethnic areas,having time value?interpretation of value and guiding values for the development of current ethnic ideological and political education.
