In an attempt to explore a proposition or to implement research in a certain field,one should firstly make clear the research proposition,the research object as well as the basic contradiction within this field.Secondly,one should also figure out the guiding ideology and theoretical basis that one must adhere to during the research.Thirdly,one also should know that it is significant to carry the practice-oriented research on the basis of the combination of theory and practice,which means to realize the deeper understanding and the distillation of mastering the law based on the practice-oriented research.Therefore,the research of the thesis is to follow this logic.The 13 th Five-year Plan pointed out that China must realize the goal of “public cultural service system which will be basically completed and the Cultural Industry becomes the pillar industry of the national economy” during this period.The status and function of Cultural Industry is in a more manifest trend in the fields of policy,economy,society and cultural life.The Cultural Industry is not only a kind of economic form,but also a cultural form which possesses both commercial and ideological attributes.Cultural Industry could not only promote economic development and accelerate the adjustment of economic structure,but also cultivate,educate,inspire and guide people through the cultural information contained or released by cultural products and services.This kind of ideological and political education function of cultural product,including cultivation,education,inspiration as well as the guidance,is just the main object of this research.Cultural Industry is a series of activities that produce,reproduce,store and distribute cultural products and services in accordance with industry standards.Cultural products and services aim to satisfy the needs of people.The ideological and political education function of Cultural Industry is to gain the training and promotion of people when they consume cultural products or receive cultural service.This kind of training and promotion lies on the diversified aspects such as ideology,policy,morality,mentality and so on.The function of different cultural products and services is different,which results in different functional properties.The influences of positive and healthycultural products on people are generally positive,while the effects of unhealthy cultural products to the people are generally negative.Therefore,the basic contradiction in the study of the ideological and political educational function of Cultural Industry is the contradiction between the satisfaction of spiritual and cultural life,which is obtained during the process of cultural consumption,and cultural value of information which is provided by cultural products.After the establishment of research object and basic contradiction,this thesis attaches great adherence to Marxism and the theoretical system of Marx's Sinicization.Meanwhile,this thesis also draws the reasonable thought from western culture schools to analyze the practice and experience from the ideological and political education function of Cultural Industry.Main discussion is gradually extended on how to overcome and dredge periodical block or congestion of function and how to let the ideological and political educational function of culture industry release and play adequately.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the origin of the topic as well as the related theories and significance of the research.In addition to that,this part also talks about the definitions and explanations of relevant basic concepts.At the same time,this part also reviews the research status quo at home and abroad.The proposed research methods are also involved in this part.To conclude,the first part is the leading part of this thesis.The second part explains the relevant theoretical interpretations of fundamental theories.This part takes the cultural view of Marxism and Leninism and the cultural thoughts of the theoretical system of Marx's Sinicization as the essential guidance.Besides,this part also takes the examples of western meaningful theories such as Maslow's Theory about Needs Hierarchy,the Cultural View of Frankfurt School and the Culture Theory of Bermingham School as well as Gramsci's Theory of Cultural Leadership to analyze the theoretical foundation of the research of ideological and political education function of the Culture Industry.This part fully explains the practical significance,foundation,conditions of function as well as the concrete embodiment of the ideological and political educational function of Cultural Industry.the second part is the cohesion part of this thesis,which includes the second chapter and the third chapter.The third part judges the actual state of the ideological and political educational function of CulturalIndustry,sums up the basic experience and shortcomings of the performance of ideological and political education function in China's Cultural Industry,lists the problems of block or congestion of cultural industries' ideological and political education function and then reveals the specific cause of these problems.The fourth part puts forward with the practical principles of the ideological and political education function of the Cultural Industry from the practical dimension on how to stimulate the function of ideological and political education release.More importantly,this part intensively explains the practical mechanism of the function,and mainly explores the feasible path where the ideological and political education function can be fully released.The multiple attributes of cultural products determine the multidimensional function of cultural products.When the economic attribute of the cultural products outmatches its cultural attribute,the value orientation of cultural products will be obscured or restricted.Meanwhile,periodical block or congestion would affects the ideological and political education function,which means that the cultural value of cultural products and services can not meet people's spiritual and cultural needs.Accordingly,the function of cultural products to cultivate,educate,inspire and guide people could not be achieved.This paper takes the existing problems as the orientation and takes what we are doing as the center to explore the ideological and political education function as well as the specificity of the Cultural Industry,which provides the effective methods to dredge block or congestion of cultural industries' ideological and political education function.This thesis plays a great significance to guarantee the right development direction of Cultural Industry,to expand the new field of ideological and political education,to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education,to enhance national soft power,which has the prominent and profound meaning.
