Law is the standard of rules.Besides the essential criterion,law also has many quality criteria.The measure of education is and should be one part of the rules.Citizens' obeying to rules,humans' practice,law's study,academic development and assessment of the rules of law all need the construction of the measure of education.However,this measure is hidden or absent in fact.The study about education measure of law is trying to make this theory perfect and to improve the practice.This paper is based upon the plasticity of human and the necessity of regulation in human's education.Adopting philosophy,law and pedagogy theory,especially the theory of measure,following the steps of designing,defining,perorating,constructing,and concluding,this paper demonstrates and discusses the education measure of law from the perspective of structure and generalization.The designing part paves this paper.This part has been mentioned in the preface and its main task is to
