obtain”(1).The CPC has been always attaching importance to the cadres and their education which exerts major influence on the construction and development of the CPC and possesses enlightening value in cultivating advanced talents due to its role as part of the history of the CPC.As the leader of the CPC,Mao Zedong played an irreplaceable role in inspiring the cadres in different phases of cadres education history.Researching Mao Zedong Thought of Educating Cadres in the Xibaipo period and on the basis of theoretical foundation as well as practices,we are provided with clearer and profound understanding of the basic principles of the CPC cadres education,thus guide the current cadres education work better.Mao Zedong thought highly of the construction of Communist Party cadres and cadres education.“A great revolution requires a great party and many first-rate cadres to guide it”(2).Mao Zedong Thought of Educating Cadres is a kind of education and guidance which was applied on the basic of Marxist stand,viewpoints and methods in the long practice of revolutionary struggle.It’s a scientific summary and overview of the cadres education’s purpose,contents,methods,etc.eventually it forms the Cadres Education Ideology with Chinese characteristics.Mao Zedong Thought of Educating Cadres is inseparable from the CPC’s.Before the establishment of the CPC and during the earlier time of the CPC,Mao Zedong had not become a revolutionary leader then.He conducted a series of educational practice on workers and peasants,which laid a firm foundation for the formation of the Mao Zedong Cadres Education Ideology later.Although there was no rigorous education system at that time,the content of education and curriculum design were represents of Mao Zedong Thought and such practice achieved the effect of inspiring workers and peasants consciousness and training the backbones of workers and peasants,which is in accord with the aim of cadres education.From those practices and theories,we can find that Mao Zedong valued the education work of the cadres and lifted it to the strategic level which determines the future of of the CPC.As Mao Zedong’s entrance into the Communist decision-making board,his claims on cadres education were increasingly carried out and applied in a larger scope which then guided the great revolutionary practices of the CPC education on cadres.With the birth of the first theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marxism,and combined with the gradually matured Mao Zedong Thought of Educating Cadres based on the characteristics of Chinese workers and peasants and the law of cadres training in China,it became more systematic and attributed a lot to training a batch of talents of revolution and construction of new China.The most successful and the most glorious period of the Central Committee of the CPC is Xibaipo period in the Chinese revolution which is also a period with great achievements in CPC cadres education.These great achievements are inseparable from the guidance of Mao Zedong thought of Educating cadres.Cadre is policy maker and implementer of superior policy.“Cadres become decisive factors,once the political line is decided upon”(1).Without most leading cadres’ ability and political integrity,the CPC could not lead the great revolutionary struggle in a nation of hundreds of millions of people and win.Xibaipo period is a major turning point in history and the victory was around the corner.Compared with any other periods of the CPC,it is during Xibaipo period that cadres education was faced with severer situation,more terrible environment and heavier learning burdens.During the Xibaipo period,the Communist Party’s cadres education faced many contradictions.During the 22 months of the rapid development of revolutionary situation,the CPC through carrying out a series of policies solved cadre education and cultivation problems faced by cadres education.Our party took measures such as promulgating a series of policies to solve the cadres shortages panic,aiming the content of cadres education to highlight more on solving the practical problems,adhering to the Marxist theory of Education all the time and giving more attention to the city management and construction knowledge spreading,ability gaining and training.This not only became a key to overthrow the old China and build a new China,but also accumulated valuable experience for further cadres education.During the Xibaipo period,the cadres education experience accumulated by Mao Zedong can be found in three aspects.The most understanding one is putting the cadres education into practice by the combination of the land reform movement in the grass-roots party organizations to carry out the "the Three Check-ups and Three Improvements" movement,carrying out the "new movement in the complaint three" in the army and educating the cadres through actual action.All of them can help solve the problems of impure thoughts and ingredients among the cadres.The second outstanding experience is to make cadres education institutional.The CPC Central Committee headed by Mao Zedong as its core has formulated a series of rules and regulations to regulate the behavior of cadres and should take rigid constraints on cadres,which served as a national guarantee for the success of the system.The third one is to a new historical point from an victory to a greater one.The guidelines,principles,policies and practical methods of the Mao Zedong Thought of Educating Cadres during the Xibaipo period are of great enlightenment and guidance to the current cadres education.Our cadres must soberly realize and profoundly understanding that while obtaining great achievements in reform and opening up,we face unprecedented challenges and difficulties,and the "test" faced by the CPC is far from over.Under the new historical conditions,there are two practical problems and historical subjects: building what kind of party and how to build it,waiting urgently to be solved by the CPC.Only by constantly improving the governance capability and the level of leadership of leading cadres,the CPC could improve the ability to resist corruption and risk,and continue to push forward Socialist Construction with Chinese Characteristics.Fundamentally speaking,to improve the governance capacity and the level of leadership of leading cadres is the problem of cadres education and training.The purpose of educating people is employing,which means to construct a high-qualified cadre troop which is of strong convictions,public service attitude and also diligent,pragmatic,honest and upright around the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy of the CPC Central Committee which is to finish building a moderately prosperous society,deepen reform,advance the law-based governance of China and strengthen Party self-discipline.Only in this way can we push forward Socialist Construction with Chinese Characteristics,and eventually achieve the dream of the Chinese nation’s rejuvenation.
