The accelerated development of population aging brings many challenges to China,Among them,the changes in the labor market is an important aspect.The growth rate and amount of the supply are declining in China's labor market,as well as China's talent work practice call on the further developmentof aged talents in China from the macro social environment.The purpose of this study is to clear the current situation and problems of development of elderly talents,and to identify the factors affecting the development of elderly talents in China.Finally,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on the results of the analysis.The main methods used in this study include literature analysis,descriptive analysis,quantitative analysis and comparative analysis.The literature analysis method is used to reveal the mechanism of the development of the aged talents,the descriptive analysis method is used to demonstrate the current situation and the overall level of the development of the aged talents in China,quantitative analysis method,mainly the logit regression method,is used to analyze the factors affecting the development of the elderly talents,while the comparative analysis method is used to analyze the practice of talent development in developed countries and its enlightenment to China.The main results and conclusions of this study are as follows:1)The development mechanism of elderly talents refers to the choosing of the development aspects and methods under the constraints of the social support system which involves two types of objects(the already revealed elderly talents and the potential elderly talents),four levels of the development subject(the countries and regions,organizations,families and communities,individuals).In view of the ways and means of the development of the aged talents in China,it mainly includes four kinds: the use development,the organization development,the training development and the individual self-development.2)The status quo of the development of the aged talents in China is as follows: China's delay retirement policy has not yet been introduced;Some aged talents re-employed with the form of Retirement Employment;The participation rate of voluntary actives of the elderly in China is on the rise;The organization construction of the aged talents in China has been greatly developed,and China has a unique organization ability in the development of the aged talents;Due to the impact of severe age discrimination in the labor market,the elderly talents in China lack of training;The aged education in China has entered a period of rapid development in recent years,but there is still a certain gap to the developed countries;More and more old people have external opportunities and intrinsic motivation to study.3)In terms of the overall level of the development of China's elderly talents,the total amount of the aged talents in China is larger,and its development willingness is higher.Statistical analysis pointed out that the overall level of development of China's elderly talent is 35.56%,of which the proportion of employed workers in the labor market reached 26.78%.This level is higher than the world average level,but there is still a large gap with the level of development of the elderly in developed countries.4)The analysis of the influencing factors of the development of the aged talents in China shows that age,education level and urban and rural household are the important factors affecting the development of the aged talents in China.The influencing factors of the development of the aged talents in China and the factors affecting the development of the human resources of the aged people in China are not completely consistent.Based on the above analysis,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the elderly talents in china is put forward in this study.
