Research On The Interactive Relationship Between Qinghai And Tibet During The Republic Of China

The Qinghai province and the Tibet form the main body of the Tibet plateau,the"roof of the world".Due to the geographic,political,ethnic,religious,military,economic and cultural reasons,the two provinces closely linked in the process of historical evolution with mutual influence on each other apparently.For the mainland,Qinghai,the interior of the central plains for Tibet,is connected to the Tibetan border.The governance of Qinghai is always an important way for the central plains dynasty control of Tibet,Qinghai,Tibet.On the one hand,the interaction between Tibet and Qinghai s influenced by the geographical environment of Tibet plateau area and the national distribution pattern,on the other hand it also depends on the central government's control ability and the ruling policy in Tibet region.During the period of the republic of China,the central government and Tibet local government was basically having no garrison,no accredited institutions,and the government decree cannot be amidst a state of abnormal with the interactive relationship between the Qinghai and Tibet,which also presents some new content and characteristics.This paper focuses on the important political interaction between Qinghai and Tibet during the period of the republic of China,and mainly discussed the following problems.The first part describes the geographical environment for the development of the modern Tibetan and Qinghai relations as its foundation.The geographical environment is the stage of the evolution of human history.Any area of the history of the development is limited by geographical environment.Therefore,the study of the history of Qinghai,Tibet and development and the interaction between they two,requires a first analysis and an understanding of the Tibetan plateau
