Study On Cultural Construction Of China General Aviation

Human's dream chasing is originated from the pursuit of true,good and beautiful spirit.Whatever the culture development or the civilization creation,they are all the extension to the spirit of mankind.The human's all-round and free development theory by Marx is should be the guideline to the human development,as well as the highest standard to measure the development of society.General aviation featured with free flying is the vivid embodiment of individual's free development,and the critical means to promote such free development.In contemporary,Our national general aviation industry has not been well developed,due to the lack of aviation culture.In contemporary China,general aviation culture is emerging domestically;its development is becoming the focus.As the soul of general aviation industry,general aviation culture supports the industry as an integral part,and being complementary to the industry critically,such as the relationship between software and hardware,spirit and material.Free flying is the historical will to Chinese nation,not only the part of China's dream,but the fundamental symbol of building a well-off society in an all-round way.This thesis is to construct basic theory of general aviation culture,to explore rules among general aviation culture building,and to explore the methods and approaches for general aviation culture construction,to promote the economic and social and human's all-round and free development.This thesis is oriented by Marx's basic theory,mainly discussed the purpose and connotation of general aviation culture construction,propose the methods and approaches,to conduct a more systematic and in-depth study.The contents concretely include:Chapter One--Introduction.This part generally introduces the origin of the topic,its theoretical and practical significance,the current research status home and abroad,studying methods and ways,and the innovation.Chapter two states the culture perspective of Marxism,Marx's theory of human's all-round and free development,Marx's view of the theory-practice relationship,which three theories are the theoretical foundation to general aviation culture construction,as well the important basis for subsequent theoretical framework.Chapter two also gives the basic definition of general aviation culture,summarizes the basic connotation and outward manifestation,and analyzes layered structure from aspects of material culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and value culture.Chapter Three—Analysis of the history and current situation of general aviation culture construction.This chapter reviews the evolution of general aviation culture,explores the origin of aviation culture,progress and prosperous of general aviation culture;analyzes the impact of building aviation culture on national modernization process,and expounds that culture modernization and human modernization has been promoted by general aviation culture construction.Chapter Four states the feature and social value of general aviation culture from the core values of socialism.Furthermore,this section further researches the spiritual characteristics of general aviation culture,including the spirit of freedom,exploration,innovation,human-cared,opening,service and the rule of law.Discusses profound influence to human life by transport transforming,science and technology development and flying,and investigates Chinese's flying desire.Based on the above statement,this part also expounds that free flying can advance the human's of general aviation culture,investigating the positive significance of general aviation construction on enriching the socialist core value,strengthening national aviation consciousness and building powerful aviation nation.Chapter Five,Depend on the development of the industry to build general aviation culture.This chapter talks about the relationship between culture and industry,analyzes the cultural ethos of general aviation industry,cultural atmosphere needed by general aviation industry development,and the effect from industry development to cultural sources,observes the cultural characteristics of manufacturing general aviation enterprise and service general aviation enterprise,and promoting the construction of general aviation culture through the development of industry and enterprise culture construction.Chapter Six,The basic methods and approaches for general aviation culture construction.This section reviewed that general aviation culture construction should start from various aspects as government,civilian,enterprise and society,to conduct comprehensive structuring and pushing.It proposed to adopt the effective way of ideological and political education,to strengthen national's aviation consciousness,to build a series of advanced aviation culture.The methods and ways of strengtheningthe construction of general aviation culture by carrying out general aviation activities and developing aviation culture products are constructed.Chapter Seven,Cultural construction practice on China Aviation Industry General Aircraft Co.,Ltd.(AVIC Genernal)This part analyzed the case of AVIC Genernal's cultural construction from two angles of the enterprise culture construction guided by the aviation culture construction and aviation cultural construction.The innovation in this thesis mainly embodies in these three parts: At first,forming initially the basic theoretical system of general aviation culture construction,enriched the research content of advanced socialist culture.This thesis begins its discussion with Marx's cultural value,viewing general aviation as part of the advanced culture,under overall framework of advanced culture establishment,from the vision that to promote human's free and all-round development,researched,practiced and explored general aviation culture theory system,further expanded the research range of contemporary advanced culture.Secondly,from research perspective recognized the interactive development and objective principles of general aviation culture,so as to find the basic path of aviation culture construction.The goal to research the general aviation culture is to promote general aviation industry development,making human lifestyles advanced,in order to speed up human modernization and human's all-round and free development,through culture construction.The third,the experience and lessons of the aviation culture construction of AVIC Genernal are analyzed.Taking the above basic theory and the law as the framework,combined with my work experience and first-hand information,more systematic having structured approaches of general aviation culture construction,conducted practice testing and feedback correction.
