The twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy.Professional knowledge has become the main resource of university students formed the core competitiveness,students' learning ability should be the core starting point of learning model.Since the 90's of last century,researches on the autonomous learning mode has been widely spread in domestic and abroad.However,the research and analysis of the team-based autonomous learning mode is not much,so it is necessary and urgent to study the team-based autonomous learning mode for medical undergraduates.Team-based autonomous learning mode is a students' independent thinking as the center,teacher's role as a supplement,combined with team and team learning,through self supervision,self observation,self reflection,self summary,by mutual complementary discussion,cooperation,learning to achieve the goal of a learning model.In improving students' academic progress,improve their interpersonal skills,increase their sense of happiness,and make them more easily adapt to the modern social team work mode and be fully prepared.Therefore,the aim of this research is to cultivate elite high quality medical professionals.The aim of this study is to improve and build a team-based autonomous learning mode to adapt to the innovation education mode.Through literature research,theoretical research and system research,empirical research and the policy,research and analysis found that the team construction of autonomous learning mode,which can effectively improve the students acquire knowledge ability,team cooperation ability,innovative scientific research ability,and the eventual establishment of a conducive to the development of diversified abilities of the team of medical students autonomous learning mode.Specific papers include the following seven aspects:First,an inquiry of a variety of the theory of learning models.The present situation,development trend and practice of constructivism learning mode at home and abroad are evaluated.Through the literature analysis,the internal relation between the constructivism and the learning mode of the medical students' team-based autonomous learning mode has the inside combination.We believe that constructivism is consistent with the spirit of knowledge,learning and teaching,and it is consistent with the spirit of innovation learning,autonomous learning and team learning.It has enlightening significance to cultivate and develop the innovative ability of medical students.The second part,the literature evaluation of the current situation of medical undergraduate students' learning mode in China.These patterns of the status,development and practice of the evaluation system,a comprehensive search of the database to collect our medical students with a variety of learning mode of the analysis,comparing the characteristics of these patterns,similarities,differences,advantages and disadvantages,objectively evaluated the learning status.The third part,the current situation of medical students' learning mode in our country.Based on the analysis in the second part of the literature,to carry out "for medical students in China learn mode investigation,questionnaire,of medical students on the status of the current mode of learning,attitudes and needs,and to the team autonomous learning mode of cognition,to build a team-based autonomous learning pattern to lay the foundation.The fourth part,the study of the influencing factors of the medical undergraduates' team-based autonomous learning mode.To establish the influence of medical students' team-based autonomous learning mode of main factors evaluation index system,using the questionnaire survey method,expert consultation method and hierarchical analysis method,screening effect of medical undergraduate team-based autonomous learning mode of main factors.Experts say students learning attitude,learning time,problem solving results,participation of teachers and education policy and other factors will affect the construction of learning model,the results of a questionnaire survey of students think self summary,team composition,discussion and exchange,knowledge acquisition efficiency and effectiveness in the classroom and evaluation as the main influence factors and teachers think that learning time allocation,in the form of classroom,teaching mode and method of evaluation is a very important index,in order to build a team of autonomous learning model provides a direct reference.The fifth part,the construction of the medical undergraduates' team-based autonomous learning mode.This part is the core of the paper.Based on the previous theoretical research and the results of cross-sectional survey,a team-based autonomous learning model for medical undergraduates was constructed,including its definition,characteristics,elements,main contents and implementation process.The six part,the application and evaluation of the sixth part medical undergraduates' team-based autonomous learning mode.This part using Delphi method,expert interview and survey research methods,combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation method,for the construction of learning model is scientific and reasonable evaluation,to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.Students of team-based autonomous learning mode of scientific rationality higher satisfaction,satisfaction of all evaluation indexes are in more than 80%,two rounds of expert consultation,expert evaluation is generally high,the general recognition rate is about 50%,learning concept,the role of teachers and students,the study space is evaluated in terms of up to 70%;and an empirical evaluation shows that team-based autonomous learning mode of students' critical thinking,clinical thinking ability and innovation ability has a positive impact.The seventh part is about the discussion of the mode of medical undergraduates'team-based autonomous learning.This section focuses on the implementation of the construction of the learning model of the difficulties and challenges,as well as the application of the notes in practice.Through this study,the successful construction of the medical undergraduates' ability to diversify the development of team based autonomous learning mode,clear its definition,concept,connotation,elements and the implementation of the process,etc.In this model,students in the team work,but also has the largest independent learning rights.This kind of learning mode for medical undergraduates provides with high participation,emphasizing teamwork,streamlined classroom teaching,creating a diverse ability training atmosphere of learning.The teacher plays the major role of guidance and encouragement,and students' learning more proactive.And the practice proves that it can effectively improve the students acquire knowledge ability,independent learning ability,team cooperation ability and innovative ability of scientific research.It makes medical undergraduate learning model more specific,practical and operable and provides the beneficial reference for advanced medical talents in higher medical education in our country training pattern.The innovations of this research are:1.The first time to put forward and carry out the design of inquiry based autonomous learning training model in research universities.2.In medical colleges and universities for medical students' independent learning training model to carry out a more systematic study.3.Based on the theories of pedagogy,educational management and educational psychology,the theory of autonomous learning and construction of medical students is systematically analyzed.4.To take the method of empirical research,the model is constructed to carry out a comparative analysis,the results of the study have higher credibility and persuasion.5.Description of how to learn knowledge acquisition,transformation,application and innovation in team-based autonomous learning mode in the process paradigm,refinement to every aspect of the specific content.6.The study tries to make teamwork style of college students' autonomous learning research by odd and disorderly state gradually to the system and in-depth research,and in Colleges and universities to build a team collaborative self-regulated learning mode to provide ideas and reference.
