| Objective:1.To investigate aeroallergen spectrum with allergic rhinitis in Xinjiang area and analyze its related factors.Provide assistance with allergic rhinitis patient groups take preventive measures in advance.2.By comparing the simple allergic rhinitis and airway inflammation merger anti-inflammatory treatment of allergic rhinitis,upper and lower airways explore analysis of the efficacy of combination therapy to achieve in the short term.3.collection and statistical Fukang City Kazakh population prevalence of allergic rhinitis and living-related health factors data.Method:1.Skin prick test was carried out in 480 cases with Children with allergic rhinitis using 20 inhaled allergens.Comparison of major change in recent years in children with allergic rhinitis and allergen distribution.2.From May 2012 to August 2012 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University ENT allergic rhinitis post-disease clinic diagnosed 103 cases of allergic rhinitis,according to airway inflammation A merger subdivided into groups:Group A:simple Allergic rhinitis,Group B:allergic rhinitis merger airway hyperresponsiveness,Group C:allergic rhinitis with asthma.Treatment in accordance with Group A:fluticasone propionate nasal spray + nasal irrigation,Group B:fluticasone propionate spray Nose + nasal irrigation + salmeterol fluticasone inhaler(100ug/ 50ug),Group C:fluticasone propionate nasal spray + nasal irrigation + salmeterol fluticasone inhaler(250ug/ 50ug)for 1 month,3 month follow-up In contrast,according to endoscopy + signs and symptoms score,nasal resistance + lung function test results of the evaluation results.3.A cross-sectional survey methodology,stratified random sampling method to select four 1689 cases Kazak general population household surveys.Questionnaire unified standard questionnaire screening method is face to face acquisition.Result:1.406 patients to positive reaction.The most common allergens found in patients were chenopodium(61.58%)and mugwort(44.09%),followed by willow,maple,poplar,dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,plantaginis,locust,and dermatophagoides culinae.The rate of positive reaction to only one specie allergen were 9.61 %,and most of them were positive reaction to acarine.2.1 month,3 months after the follow-up comparison,the three groups of patients nasal symptoms and signs have different degrees of ease,including allergic rhinitis relatively simple merge lower airway inflammation in allergic rhinitis drug efficacy significantly;fluticasone propionate and salmeterol fluticasone inhaler combination treatment of allergic rhinitis in patients with asthma,symptom control short-term effect is obvious.3.Fukang City Kazakh population of allergic rhinitis prevalence rate of 11.1%,with sneezing highest incidence(54.6%),age,sex,weight and other aspects no significant difference in the combined asthma age-related rhinitis,allergy rhinitis combined weight-related,itchy skin allergies in most(42.7%);rhinitis,sinusitis and asthma incidence of a certain relationship;the incidence associated with carpet usage(94.4%);diet aspects were positively correlated with meat fruit,and beans,milk negative.Conclusion:1.The major allergen of Children with allergic rhinitis is chenopodium,and the degree of positive reaction relates to particular climate.2.Allergic rhinitis should try to diagnose or exclude a merger of lower airway inflammation,according to the different types of implementation after diagnosis treatment programs,combined with active treatment when necessary,short-term effect is significant;the correct diagnosis and treatment processes can be standardized to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and mistreatment avoid delays or excessive treatment,proper diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis can effectively control the amount of topical steroid.3.According Fukang City Kazakh population survey found that the prevalence of allergic rhinitis ranks high,its prevalence and its characteristics of life-related health factors are closely related. |
