| Objectives:This study was used to analyze the preliminary epidemiological analysis of hepatitis B patients in Penghu,Taiwan from the aspects of gender,age,occupation,family history and so on,by collecting the data of patients with chronic hepatitis B in Penghu,Taiwan.Data on the TCM syndromes of chronic hepatitis B patients in Penghu were used to explore the epidemiological and syndromes of hepatitis B in Penghu,through the the mathematical structure of the mathematical attributes.Second,through the 103 cases of Professor Li Simei treatment of chronic hepatitis B outpatient,related papers,as well as with the teacher learning experience,it can be summarized Professor Li Simei's Experience in treatment Chronic Hepatitis B Outpatient,which provides a reference for clinical TCM treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus.Method:1.The epidemiological analysis of chronic hepatitis B patients in Penghu area was conducted by simple statistical method.Data on chronic hepatitis B patients in the Penghu area,from the aspects of gender,age,Age of diagnosis,age at treatment,occupation,family history and so on.Formulate,sort,classify case data acquisition card,then conduct simple statistical processing about the original case data table arranged.According to the relevant results,the epidemiological information of chronic hepatitis B patients in Penghu area of Taiwan were summarized.2.Using TCM partial structure map to summarize TCM syndromes of chronic hepatitis B virus in Penghu area,Taiwan.Collected patient data with hepatitis B,which in Zhou Guoxiong clinic between 2016 to 2017,in line with the diagnostic criteria,incorporated into the standard of this study,Including name,age,gender,occupation,place of origin,current history,past history,family history,and four Chinese medicine diagnosis.Designing data acquisition card,Lin Zhijian physician in Song An Tang Chinese medicine clinic will collect and collate information.There will be too researchers take six channel syndrome differentiation in patients according the standard of six channel syndrome of Treatise on febrile diseases published by P.ople 's Health Publishing House,If different,ask third parties to conduct arbitration.And then data normalization,build database,build patient-syndromes background with chronic hepatitis B in Penghu area.After the formal background optimization,the data generated attribute partial order structure,to achieve the effect of knowledge visualization,by using the MATLAB program to load to Microsoft Office Excel 2007.3.Using the method of experience summary,it can be summed up Professor Li Simei treatment of chronic hepatitis B experience.Collect the standard case about Professor Li Simei treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus,and lectures,papers on the experience of chronic hepatitis B treatment,as well as personal learning experience with the teacher,through these to sum up Professor Li Simei treatment of chronic hepatitis B experience by the method of experience summary.Result:The research contents of this thesis are divided into three parts,and the research results are as follows:1.Epidemiological study of hepatitis B virus in collected and 120 cases were included.2.2 Establishment of TCM Syndrome Database about Hepatitis B Patients in Penghu:A total of 48 symptoms can be collected after treatment.2.3 To generate the mathematical structure of the mathematical attributes map of patients about hepatitis B virus in Penghu area Taiwan.3.Professor Li Simei treatment of chronic hepatitis B experience can be summed up.3.1 103 cases were collected and finalized,and 100 cases were included in the study.3.2 With lectures,papers on the experience of chronic hepatitis B treatment,as well as personal learning experience with the teacher,to sum up Professor Li Simei treatment of chronic hepatitis B experience by the method of experience summary.Conclusion:1.Epidemiological study of hepatitis B virus in Penghu area of Taiwan.The epidemiological study of hepatitis B virus in Penghu,Taiwan shows that:In terms of gender,male patients account for a greater proportion of men and women about 2:1.This may be related to male more smoking and drinking,which led to stagnation of damp-heat,pathogenic damp stimulated and great social pressure.Age of onset,the distribution is relatively average,all age groups are basically involved,Of which 20-29 years old the highest proportion of this age group,its prompted school physical examination,health inspection,blood donation related.This shows that routine physical examination has a positive significance of early detection of hepatitis B.Early detection-treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce disease hazards,save medical resources,reduce the economic burden of patients,compared with Late detection-treatment.History length,long and short,the distribution is relatively average,all age groups are basically involved.The age distribution of patients was mainly between 40-79 years old,and most patients were diagnosed with hepatitis before the age of 40.This suggests that the population of hepatitis B virus is aging,and hepatitis B vaccine vaccination precautions are effective.Household management accounted for the largest share of occupational distribution.Followed by industry,free industry.This reminds the food hygiene department should pay attention to food hygiene and safety management,efforts to curb the spread of hepatitis B from the source.In addition,fisheries,business,military,public office also occupy a small proportion.In family history:74 patients' parents or siblings suffer from chronic hepatitis B virus,accounting for 61.67%.45 patients had no family history,accounting for 37.50%,1 patient family history is unknown.It Indicated that the incidence of hepatitis B virus showed a certain degree of family clustering in Penghu,which may be related to close contact between family members.Health departments should strengthen the epidemic of hepatitis B virus science,to raise awareness of the people;for pregnant women with hepatitis B,the corresponding measures should be done for childbirth,as far as possible to reduce the probability of vertical transmission of mother and child.Antibody-free population should be vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine early;Hepatitis B patients should strive to achieve early,active treatment to reduce the degree of virus replication.On the one hand,it can reduce the chance of transmission to others,on the other hand,it is benefit to delay the progress of the disease,reduce the possibility of liver cirrhosis,liver cancer after hepatitis B.2.Using the mathematical structure of the mathematical attributes map to summarize TCM syndromes of chronic hepatitis B virus in Taiwan Penghu area.According to TCM partial structure map,the following types of syndromes are summed up:1)Shaoyang syndrome,Liver fire flaming,stagnation of liver qi syndromes,or internal heat,blood stasis.2)Shaoyang-Jueyin syndrome.3)Shaoyin syndrome,insufficiency of both the spleen and the kidney,Inferiority of Yang and cold Stagnation,blood stasis,obstructive cardinalate of middle jiao,syndrome of internal stagnation of fluid-dampness.4)Shaoyang syndrome,Liver fire invading stomach.5)exuberant heat in Yangming.In addition to the typical Shaoyang heat syndrome,but also the emergence of Shaoyang disease with Jueyin disease,Shaoyin and Yangming disease.3.Professor Li Simei treatment of chronic hepatitis B experience can be summed stasis,tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen,clearing heat and expelling damp,cooling blood and discharging fire,warm channel and expelling cold.3.3 Common prescription.The common prescription are:xiaochaihu decoction,,Sini powder,sijunzi decoction,sini decoction,Gegen Qinlian Decoction,lizhong pill,guizhi decoction,Kidney four taste,banxiaxiexin decoction,Zuojinwan.3.4 Common Chinese medicine and medicine suits.The common Chinese medicine and medicine suits are:bupleurum/Scutellaria baicalensis,citrusaurantium/fructusaurantii,Angelica/Chuanxiong,Baizhu/Tu ckahoe,Epimedium/curculigo,Radix Rehman niaescrophulariae,malt/continous worm wood,red yeast rice/Semen Cassiae,Schisandra/Hypericum/sedum verticallatum/barbata/lobelia,wormwood/herba lycopi,White
