| Objective:The study summarized the clinical experiences and academic thoughts of Professor Chen An-min on treating the blood disease through typical medical record collection, and revealed differentiation syndromes and views of Professor Chen An-min. Professor Chen An-min put forward his theory of mixture both inner and outer and it was widely used in the treatment of blood disease especially chronic aplastic anemia. People oriented and syndrome differentiation were unique Clinical characteristics and rules of Professor Chen. Exploring the traditional Chinese medicine standardized treatment was conducive to play and heritage of the academic experience of famous veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Methods:1.Professor Chen's essence theory of treatment of blood disease was condensed and excavated by comprehensively summarizing, sorting or inducting his clinical data, along with analyzing and summarizing his clinical experience in treatment of blood disease.2.According to the classic study and clinical experience, the study has independently observed and has analyzed the process of diagnosis and treatment. The study drawing out efficacy cases about the clinical differentiation syndromes of blood disease of Professor Chen has extracted the key points of the characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment of syndrome differentiation, otherwise the study summaries the case of the note form in order to show and breakthrough of Professor Chen An-min on treating blood disease academic thoughts and clinical experience.3.From the clinical practice point of view, Professor Chen An-min theory on the development of Chinese medicine can be summarized.The 64 cases of chronic aplastic anemia patients were divided into observation group(32 cases) and control group(32 cases). The observation group was treated with Nourishing Blood capsules, stanozolol, and cyclosporin A for 6 months. The control group was treated with, stanozolol and cyclosporine A for 6 months. The clinical symptom, peripheral blood cell counts, bone marrow cell morphology, CD34+cell counts of bone marrow and adverse reactions of patients were observed at before treatment and after treatment 6 months, and were compared. Result:1.Professor Chen put forward Principle of treatment blood diseases which patients are oriented with the combination of disease and syndrome.The main treatment method was balance of nature for the hematogenesis. The most effective way was diagnosed by western medicine, discriminated by traditional Chinese medicine, integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, TCM should be as the fundamental treatment method while Western medicine diagnosis as the supplemented way and people oriented.2.Professor Chen think that Basic disease machine of treatment for blood diseases was “deficiency”. Tonifying Deficiency was basic treatment way. Nourishing Blood capsules was based on four-dimensional.3. Professor Chen puts forward the ten method to treat leukemia according to the severity of the stage of remission to treat purpura.4. The total efficiency of the observation group was 81.25%, which is significantly higher than that of the control group of 56.26 %. And there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).The efficiency of TCM symptoms improve in the observation group was 90.63%, which is also significantly higher than the control group which was 78.13%. And there were also significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Above all, the symptom score of the observation group treated by TCM is better than the control group(P < 0.05). Before treatment, there are no significant differences on the peripheral blood(WBC, HB, PLT number) in the two groups(P> 0.05). After the treatment, the peripheral blood is increased in both the two groups, but the observation group increased significantly higher than control group. Meanwhile, there are significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05). The bone marrow CD34+ cell counts also increased significantly after the treatment, and there are obvious differences between the two groups(P <0.05). But in case of Bone marrow hyperplasia degree, there are no obvious differences(P>0.05). Adverse reactions both can be tolerated. Conclusion:1.Patients oriented, the combination of disease and syndrome, and Nourishing Blood were Professor Chen The concept of treatment The main treatment method was balance of the nature, Four-dimensional blood. Effective way was diagnosed by western medicine, discriminated by traditional Chinese medicine, integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, TCM should be as the fundamental treatment method while Western medicine diagnosis as the supplemented way and people oriented. Good clinical efficacy were apeared.2.Both yin and yang deficiency in chronic aplastic anemia was often. Only nourishing kidney yin or kidney yang could not achieve the desired effect. Nourishing Blood Capsule was used to treat all kinds of aplastic anemia, because Nourishing Blood Capsule could nourish the Yin and Yang.3.The total efficiency of the observation group treated by TCM was significantly higher than that of the control group. And there were also significant differences between the two groups. The symptom score of the observation group treated by TCM is better than the control group.Obvious adverse reactions had not found.4.Blood traditional Chinese medicine can improve the bone marrow CD34+ cells and promote blood. Bone marrow hyperplasia degree was not only related with CD34+ cells.5.The efficacy of aplastic anemia was related with the previous treatment. The efficacy of the patients who were treated with ATG+CSA in the treatment of the past was poor.6.Four dimensional blood traditional Chinese medicine play a role in the regulation of immunity was earlier than promote bone marrow hematopoietic. Recovery of hematopoietic function of bone marrow was a long process. It needs further research.7.Thinking and innovationsProfessor Chen An-min's characteristics in the treatment of hematological diseases indicated. That searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment is very important. The fundamental of blood disease was deficient. Tonifying Deficiency can promote the hematopoiesis. The Method of clearing heat, damp elimination, activating blood and resolving phlegmcan all can produce blood. Emphasis on the role of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the quality of life of patients. The judgment of curative effect should be combined with the standard of Chinese medicine. To study the material basis of TCM syndrome differentiation of aplastic anemia. The essence of aplastic anemia syndrome should be revealed by microscopic indexes, using the "monism" to explain the nature of the disease. Clinical and experimental study on multi direction, such as Bone marrow image and clinical symptoms, cytokines, CD34+ cells, etc. The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine has good reliability and repeatability. It learns from the traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine, the latest research methods and ideas. The organic combination of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation has promoted the development of clinical research of TCM. Meanwhile the characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese Medicine still need to adhere.
