Methods 96 Chronic Hepatitis B Patients were randomly distributed into group of “stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen”(32cases)and“endoretention of damp heat”(32cases)and Control group(32 cases) of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2012 to August 2015. The Control group was treated with intravenous drip of glucose injection and Compound licorice once daily and then orally received compound glycyrrhizin in the same time SHUGANJIANPI SOUP plus Conventional therapy in group of “stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen”(32cases) and QINGGANJIANPIHEWEI SOUP were implemented plus Conventional therapy in group of “endoretention of damp heat”. Result the total effectiverate is 63.33%?90.00% and 86.67% in Control group and group of “stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen” and group of “endoretention of damp heat” respectively and the total effective rate of group of “stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen”and group of “endoretention of damp heat” is better than that of Control group(P<0.05).and similar total effective between group of “stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen” and group of “endoretention of damp heat”with no statistical significance(P>0.05). There is no significant difference in symptom score of three groups before treatment(P > 0.05).The scores of the treatment group is significantly decreased, compared with before treatment, there is a significant statistical significance(P<0.05), the scores of the treatment group is significantly lower than the control group after treatment(t=4.91;5.63,P < 0.01). there is no significant statistical significance(t=0.73, P > 0.05)between two treatment groups indicating a significant effect treated with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. There is a high level ALT?AST?TBIL in three groups with no significant difference(P>0.05)being comparable.A obvious improvement is exhibited in ALT ? AST ? TBIL after treatment both in therapy group and control group with a significant difference(F=214.83;225.92;65.834,P<0.01), and a prominent decline of ALT?AST?TBIL in three groups(P<0.01)compared with before treatment. There is no significant difference(P=0.756;0.951;0.655)of ALT?AST?TBIL between two therapy groups and a prominent decline in ALT?AST?TBIL with the treatment group being better than the control group with a significant difference(P<0.01). No Significant difference is Observed for Albumin both in therapy group and control group(F=1.772,P>0.05). There is no significant difference for Albumin both in therapy group and control group before and after treatment(P=0.286;0.248;0.335).Conclusion:Academic thought of “The Importance of the First Treatment of Spleen for Hepatopathy should be Emphasized” can improve clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect and liver function for Chronic Hepatitis B. Methods 68 Cirrhosis ascites were randomly distributed into Control group(34cases) and control group(34cases) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2012 to August 2015. Result The total effective rate of therapy group is better than Control group with a significant statistical significance(P < 0.05). The scores of the treatment group is significantly decreased,compared with the control group, there is a significant statistical significance( P<0.05).Inner diameter of portal vein and Spleen thickness and Ascites depth was measured before treatment between two groups with no Significant difference(P>0.05).There is no Significant difference in Inner diameter of portal vein and Spleen thickness in two groups compared with before treatment(P>0.05) between two groups(P>0.05).There is no Significant difference in spleen thickness in two groups compared with before treatment(P>0.05) between two groups(P>0.05)with a significant difference(P<0.05)manifested in inner diameter of portal vein in treatment groups(P<0.01).The score of the Ascites depth of treatment group and is significantly decreased, compared with the control group with a significant statistical significance(P<0.05)and a better effect is manifestated in treatment group compared with control group in long-term follow-up result.There is no Significant difference in the classification of Child-pugh between two groups(?2=0.256,P=0.89). Chi square test was used to compare the classification of Child-pugh between two groups with a Significant difference(?2=8.276,P=0.009). A decreasing AST?AST?TBIL is observed both in two groups with no difference(P>0.05) and a decreasing AST?AST?TBIL is observed both in two groups compared with before treatment(P<0.01) and a better effect is manifestated in ALT?AST?TBIL in therapy group compared with control group in long-term follow-up result(P<0.01). Conclusion:Academic Thought of“The Importance of the First Treatment of Spleen for Hepatopathy should be Emphasized”can improve clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect and liver function for Cirrhosis ascites.
