With the fast development of our agriculture,a series of problems seriously restrict the grain production capacity,for example,the decrease of cultivated land,the soil erosion and soil fertility decline.The key of ensuring Chinese grain security and realizing agricultural sustainable development is how to build saving and efficient agricultural production patterns and scientific use of existing farmland.Traditional farming techniques and methods cannot satisfied the needs of modern agricultural development.We must take high mechanized way of operation as the goal of the current agricultural machinery development,such as the high efficiency and energy saving,keep water moisture and joint compound.Compound soil preparation machine is commonly used in farming machinery in the northeast ridge tillage area.It can reach the state of sowing after once.It also become the first choice of soil cultivating machine.The parts of stubble cleaning,rotary tillage ridging and suppression components are key components in compound soil preparation machine.Its performance directly affects the quality and efficiency of fertilizer.It has the theory value and practical significance for the production of compound soil preparation machine to research the parts of stubble,rotary tillage,ridging,repression and other components.Based on summarized the domestic and foreign development present situation of joint duplex land preparation technology,the paper studied and explored the structure,principle and parameter of the key component on Large operating width duplex land preparation machine by using the method of combining the theory and experiment.Commencing from explains the structure and operating principle of the key component on large operating width duplex land preparation and combining the theory and experimental study methods of kinematics and dynamics,this paper designed and tested the machine structure and key components on Large operating width duplex land preparation machine.Specific content as follows:1)Analyzed the characteristics of the existing duplex land preparation machine and combined the output way of large horsepower tractor and various methods of cultivation,efficient and rational used and configurated of the tractor effective power.Research and design focuses on stubble cleaning device,deep loosening device and hack device,drafted scheme of experiment.In the whole machine structure design process,through a variety of field experiment and analysis of the prototype,this paper innovative designed the machine structure mode of stubble and deep loosening preposed while rotary tillage and ridging postposed,and the middle gearbox separative placed front and back,the machine power transmission scheme of cutter shaft transmitted on both sides.2)Developed mathematical models of stubble cleaning components,determined the speed and diameter of stubble crushing roller by analysis of kinematics and dynamics model,determined the main parameters of the stubble cutter by design the front angle and back angle of stubble crushing blade.Developed mathematical models of rotary tillage parts,determined the movement trajectory the blade buried conditions bite length and groove bump height and power consumption of the rotary tillage blade by analyzing kinematics and dynamics.Developed kinematics and dynamics model of the component of deep loosening,obtained the relationship between the shovel handle thick lateral width tillage depth and edge inclination by studying the cutting properties of soil and analysis the stress of the deep loosening shovel.3)This paper developed one field test system that can be applied to test farm machinery kinetic parameters.The test system can effectively solve the traditional data processing method problem,such as completed process,poor reliability,lack of precision,low reproducibility,low efficiency.The test system uses a sensor system,signal conditioning circuits for a variety of signal data acquisition.By using a self developed data processing software for real time data processed and storaged.This paper analyzed the composition and working principle of the test system,the composition of the test sensor calibration method,and established a system model,based on LABVIEW software developed kinetic parameters suitable for farm machinery tractor performance tester system.The system can complete the acquisition and analysis of 26 sets data at once.It can pass through field trials validation and features data collection fast,accurate,reliable and portable,and lay the foundation for the large operating width of the duplex soil preparation machine test.4)The system regards traction force and fuel consumption as the operating width duplex soil preparation machine performance indicators,operating single factor and quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test in the field,using tractor performance tester system to collect data and using application Design-Expert 6.0.1 software to deal with and analyze the data.Single factor experiment showed that the changes in the relationship between the various factors and performance indicators.Quadratic orthogonal rotation combination experiment showed that the primary and secondary factors affecting performance indicators.Regarding the agronomic requirements as the constraint conditions,using multiple targets optimization methods for model optimization to find the best combination factor that meets performance indicators,and has carried on the verification test.
