Previous earthquake investigation shown that a large proportion of rural buildings were badly damaged during the earthquake,the research of a new type seismic masonry structure house with better seismic performance has been wildly followed with interest.Low isolation masonry structure is applied isolation device such as rubber pad,LRB to the low masonry structure in the village,preventing the seismic action up to moving the masonry structure,to achieve reducing earthquake response effect.Hence,the application of isolation technology which to improve the seismic performance of the house with masonry structure is important engineering of significance and practical application of value.The paper take the combination of experimental and numerical simulation methods,to study the vibration isolation performance of brick masonry structures,the mechanical properties of LRB and the shaking table test of low isolation masonry structures house.Using finite element software SAP2000,analyzing the reaction rule of masonry structure which input different seismic waves,adopting ETABS software analyze the low isolation masonry structure and village demonstration building.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Analyzing the structure and the earthquake of the village residential structure,summing up development of vibration isolation technology at home and abroad and the problems which exist in the technology of masonry structure in village and towns,applied a kind of lead core rubber bearings which used in low masonry structure to traditional masonry structure,formation of a new type of village isolation masonry structure house.2.To conduct the quasi-dynamic test for 4 set of 3 different specifications rubber vibration isolation support brick masonry wall,isolation layer damage process and hysteresis performance is studied under earthquake,analyzing the influence of the wall vibration isolation such as thickness of the isolation pad,the thickness of the wall and the earthquake grade many kinds of non-linear factors etc.Experiment results show that: the brick masonry wall sets the vibration isolation support,seismic shear resistance is enhance by the deformation of the isolation layer,the set of isolation support can achieve the desired effect,meeting seismic requirements for most of the village masonry houses.3.Perform horizontal stiffness test to 5 small diameters LRB,researching the LRB horizontal shear strain,second shape factor influence on its equivalent horizontal stiffness,post yield stiffness,hysteretic behavior etc,analysis of LRB horizontal stiffness relationship with structural model damping coefficient and horizontal displacement,putting forward correlation curve fitting formula,determining relevant parameters on rural architecture rubber bearing,giving a reference to design and choose for rubber bearing on shaking table test.4.Using finite element analysis software SAP2000,carried out modal analysis and timeprocedure analysis inputting different seismic waves to seismic isolation structure and seismic non isolation structure,researching inputting different seismic waves to seismic isolation structure and seismic non isolation structure reaction rule.Numerical simulation results confirmed seismic wave selection principle,sensor point location,shaking table test loading plan,provided the basis on low masonry structure houses shaking table test design.5.For contraction scale 1:2 seismic isolation structure and seismic non isolation structure two layer low masonry structure house shaking table test,observing seismic isolation and non isolation structure,isolation structure packing layer,isolation waterproof layer,auxiliary materials the form of destruction in an earthquake,contrastive analysis seismic isolation and seismic non isolation building model dynamic property,acceleration response,inter layer displacement reaction,shear-weight ration,researching the model torsion,accumulation plastic,vertical and horizontal wall input response,a variety of earthquake difference.The experiment result shows that: Marquette under 800 gal equivalently 10 degree seismic design level no obvious damage,rubber bearing restoration well,it indicated that adopting reasonable structure low isolation masonry structure house can get isolation effects well,for isolation technology using at rural low masonry structure house provided experimental support.6.The rural low isolation masonry structure and rural demonstration building in a strong earthquake zone as a design model,adoption ETABS software model the simulation,concluded the isolation calculation of the rural isolation masonry structure,offer reasonable advice for rubber bearing arrangement,calculation of isolation analysis,connected to the structure the isolation layer,installation and acceptance of vibration isolation,maintenance of support.
