With the development and utilization of nuclear energy science and technology and the vigorous development of space aviation,it has attracted more and more attention for the effects of radiation on health especially for neutron radiation.Neutron radiation protection has become an important research projects.In this study,the experiment research for the biological effects high energy neutron radiation has been performed by employing Caenorhabditis elegans and cells as research object.Then the computational derivation and method discussion were performed.C.elegans is used as the experimental subject to study high-energy neutron radiation dose effect of HINEG as C.elegans is a model organism.Firstly,lifespan is used as test end point and it is found that neutron with high dose has obvious effects on lifespan of the C.elegans especially for 1.83Gy radiation.Then the germ cell is used as the test end and it is found neutron with high dose has strong effects on brood size and germ cell apoptosis.But there is obvious difference on brood size under 1.83 Gy dose while There is not necessarily so significance difference on cell apoptosis.Finally,the mechanism of the above phenomenon is explored:this paper detected the ROS after neutron radiation and discovered that ROS rising is positive correlation with dose;oxidate level of elegans is rising because of neutron after radiation 4 hours and 1.83Gy group also has significance different.This paper also detected radiation biology effect of NHLF cells and A549 cells with neutron radiation from HINEG.First of all,neutron and y-ray were used to radiate NHLF cells and discovered that neutron lead more DNA DSB and higher RBE.Then this paper detected the mechanism of DSB which lead by neutron.This research chose 3 kinds of protein and detected the expression level of different time after neutron radiation,turns out that neutron can significantly induce DNA repair passway.But,compared with y-ray,neutron lead less DNA repair.Finally,this research used EMT as biology end to detect the ability of cells transfer to cancer cell with neutron.The results are even low dose neutron can induce A549cell transfer.This result also showed that neutron radiation protection should focus on that.The innovation of this paper is that using the two experiment subjects of C.elegans and lung fibroblast cells to focus on the biology effect of high-energy neutron radiation.Comparing the lifespan of this experiment with paper reported which was about C.elegans radiated with ? to determine the RBE of neutron.Using B-G formulation and microdosimetry theory to give some advice about radiation protection of high energy neutron.This paper calculate the dose of neutron from HINEG and give some advice about neutron radiatin protection and radiation safety evaluation of high energy neutron.It is hoped that the research results can supply database about radiation protection and give some advice about high energy neutron safety evaluation.
